Absence of single and standard identification system for all
Farmers, Farm Laborers and Fisher folk that can be used for
the issuance of benefits and interventions

The Registry System for Basic Sectors in Agriculture

(RSBSA) database is not utilized as the validation database
when issuing farm benefits.

Absence of standard reporting system that monitors the

interventions distributed to the farmer-beneficiaries

| ANI-Kard proposed uses

Standard ID for all Farmers

Unified ID that will be used for ALL DA interventions (Rice,

Corn, Livestock, Poultry, Trainings and other DA programs)

ATM for Loans and Insurance (ACPC, PCIC, LBP)

It will use the RSBSA Database (As per GAA, all DA

interventions should be given to Farmers listed in RSBSA)

ANI-Kard is partnered with a Farmers Booklet. This will allow

farmers to monitor the interventions given to them
