Introduction: These high performers are students who score 60% and above (up to 84%)
consistently in AR1 and AR2. Thus, they are selected to attend intensive English PT3 classes
to sharpen skills in answering PT3 English for improvement of marks and achievement of
better grade of individual performance. Discipline-wise; this group of students is by far the
most active and serious in lesson and shows no interest in making chaos while lesson is carried
out. Below is the summary of what the teacher has planned for each lesson.

Introduction: These benchmark performers are students who score 46% to 59% consistently in
AR1 and AR2. They are called so for almost achieving a minimum acceptable grade (C/60%)
in a country where English is a second language. Thus, they are selected to attend intensive
English PT3 classes to sharpen skills in answering PT3 English for improvement of marks and
achievement of better grade of individual performance. Discipline-wise; this group of students
could be a burden if monitoring gone wrong. Some are passive while others can be a handful.
Mind that students are invited and attendance is not compulsory at all. Lessons to be carried
out are as similar to the group of high performers with some modification to the requirement
of task. Names might be dropped if students appear playful and the list is to be updated weekly.
Any absentees during Week 1 is considered total loss for all lessons except on special cases.
