On comparing the both groups by paired t test , BT-AF mean percentage of Group NK was
72.70% and that of Group NGB was 81.80%. This signifies that the effect of nasya karma
and Greeva basti is more significant in neck pain than that of nasya karma alone.
3. Neck stiffness
The comparison of the effects on neck stiffness in between the groups Group-NK and
Group-NGB reveals that the mean value of BT-AT in group-NK was 0.5(SD=0.972)
& the same value after the follow up BT-AF was 0.5(SD=0.972) having a mean
difference of 0.00. Whereas the mean value BT-AT in Group-NGB was
0.8(SD=0.789) & the same after the follow up BT-AF was 0.8(SD= 0.789) with a
mean difference of 0.00. Comparison reveals that the statistically significant
difference was not observed in either groups, Group-NK with p value 1.000 and
Group-NGB with p value 1.000.
On comparing the both groups by paired t test, BT-AF mean percentage of group NK
was 83.33% and that of group NGB was 100.0%. This signifies that the effect in neck
stiffness is higher in Group-NGB than in Group-NK.

5. Paraesthesia in hands
The comparison of the effects on paraesthesia in hands, in between the groups Group-
NK and Group-NGB reveals that the mean value of BT-AT in group-NK was
0.2(SD=0.422) & the same value after the follow up BT-AF was 0.8(SD=0.422)
having a mean difference of 0.6. Whereas the mean value BT-AT in Group-NGB was
0.3(SD=0.483) & the same after the follow up BT-AF was 0.6(SD= 0.483) with a
mean difference of 0.3. Comparison reveals that there was statistically significant
difference was observed in Group-NK with p value 0.005 and in Group-NGB
statistically significant difference was not observed with p value 0.196.
On comparing the both groups by paired t test, BT-AF mean percentage of group NK
was 80.00% and that of group NGB was 85.71%. This signifies that the effect in
paraesthesia is higher in Group-NGB than in Group-NK.

7. Vertigo
The comparison of the effects on vertigo, in between the groups Group-NK and
Group-NGB reveals that the mean value of BT-AT in group-NK was 0.0(SD=0.000)
& the same value after the follow up BT-AF was 0.1(SD=0.316) having a mean
difference of 0.1. Whereas the mean value BT-AT in Group-NGB was
0.2(SD=0.422) & the same value after the follow up BT-AF was 0.2(SD= 0.422)
with a mean difference of 0.0. Comparison reveals that the statistically significant
difference was not observed in either group, Group-NK with p value 0.331 and
Group-NGB with p value 1.000.
On comparing the both groups by paired t test, BT-AF mean percentage of group NK
was 100.0% and that of group NGB was 100.0%. This signifies that the effect on
clumsy finger movement is higher in Group-NK than in Group-NGB.
8. Tenderness in neck
The comparison of the effects on tenderness in neck, in between the groups Group-
NK and Group-NGB reveals that the mean value of BT-AT in group-NK was
0.4(SD=0.699) & the same value after the follow up BT-AF was 0.7(SD=0.823)
having a mean difference of 0.3. Whereas the mean value BT-AT in Group-NGB was
0.8(SD=0.422) & the same value after the follow up BT-AF was 1.5(SD= 0.707)
with a mean difference of 0.7. Comparison reveals that the statistically significant
difference was observed in Group NGB with p value 0.015, whereas in Group-NK
with p value 0.399 there was not significant effect .
On comparing the both groups by paired t test, BT-AF mean percentage of group NK
was 44.44% and that of group NGB was 53.33%. This signifies that the effect on
tenderness in neck is higher in Group-NGB than in Group-NK.

10. Sensory loss in hands Out of 20 patients; none of the patients presented with
symptom of sensory loss. Hence there were no grading found for this subjective
parameter.
11. Neurological deficit -
The comparison of the effects on tenderness in neck, in between the groups Group-
NK and Group-NGB reveals that the mean value of BT-AT in group-NK was
0.0(SD=0.000) & the same value after the follow up BT-AF was 0.2(SD=0.422)
having a mean difference of 0.2. Whereas the mean value BT-AT in Group-NGB was
0.1(SD=1.434) & the same value after the follow up BT-AF was 0.1(SD= 0.316)
with a mean difference of 0.0. The statistically significant difference is not observed
in either group- Group NK with p value 0.151, whereas in Group-NGB with p value
1.000.
On comparing the both groups by paired t test, BT-AF mean percentage of group NK
was 25.0%% and that of group NGB was 11.11%. This signifies that the effect on
neurological deficit is higher in Group-NGB than in Group-NK.
