Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis : (1).Pengaruh etos kerja,
kompetensi dan komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Sekretariat Daerah Kota
Kendari, (2). Pengaruh etos kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Kota Kendari, (3).
Pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Kota Kendari, dan
(4).Pengaruh komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Kota
Kendari. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel pegawai sebanyak 81 orang .Sedangkan analisis
data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial yaitu regresi linear berganda
dengan menggunakan software SPSS.
Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1). Etos kerja, kompetensi dan komitmen organisasional
berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Sekretariat Daerah Kota Kendari,
(2). Etos kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Kota
Kendari, (3). Kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Sekretariat Daerah
Kota Kendari, dan (4). Komitmen organisasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja
pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Kota Kendari.

Organizational Commitment Toward Employees Performance at Regional Secretariat of
Kendari Municipality. A Thesis on Magister Management Study Program Faculty of Economy

This study aims to examine and analyze : (1). The effect of work ethic, competence and
organizational commitment to the employee working performance at the Regional Secretariat of
Kendari Municipality, (2). The effect of work ethic on employee performance in Regional
Secretariat of Kendari Municipality, (3). The effect of competence to the employee performance
at The Regional Secretariat of Kendari Municipality, and (4). The influence of organizational
commitment to the employee performance at The Regional Secretariat of Kendari Municipality.
The sample of this study is 81 employees. Data analysis was conducted by utilizing descriptive
and inferential analysis that is multiple linear regression using SPSS software.
The results of this study are (1). Work ethic, competence and organizational commitment
simultaneous affect the employee working performance of the Regional Secretariat of Kendari
Municipality, (2). The work ethic has significantinfluenceon the employee performance of the
Regional Secretariat of Kendari Municipality, (3). Competencyalso significantly influence the
employee Performance of the Regional Secretariat of Kendari Municipality, and (4).
Organizational commitment significantly effectthe employee performance of the Regional
Secretariat of Kendari Municipality.
