I have attached a copy of our Ordinance which will be introduced at the next meeting. Sections 3 and 4 will address
the issues you are experiencing on your property.

I decided against sending someone to the property to speak to the owner once we knew the ordinance was going to
be introduced. Since right now, this is the only location that we are aware of with a bamboo problem, and that you
are related to a council member, I did not want there to be any allegations or inferences that the ordinance was
passed specifically because of your property as a result of speaking with that resident.

As a citizen and homeowner who pays taxes, you are entitled to the same relief as any other resident regardless of
Councilwoman Licata's position on the Council. With that being said, this ordinance will address existing issues as
well as take a proactive approach to future potential issues with this type of planting for all residents of the town and
is a proven trend addressing these concerns in other communities throughout the state.

I hope you are doing well. Patty told me what steps will have to take place with regards to my situation. I do
understand.
I have attached three pictures to show you what my neighbor has done over the weekend with Lattice for the
Bamboo to grow on.
I am wondering if anyone has gone to speak with him. If so what were the results.

I know you are very busy and believe me chief I never ever would want to bother you with such nonsense. Do you
think we can speak some time this week for ~ few minutes. Perhaps you can help me better understand how to deal
with this for now. Let me know what you think.
