REPORT ABOUT BULLYING CASES

I am writing on this report regarding to the cases of bullying in this school. The
cases of bullying in this school are on the rise. All teachers and students really
wanted to stop this issues from become a big matter in this school. So, I am writing
this report to let you know about the reasons why bullying happens in this school and I
also had found some suggestions to decrease the amount of this case.

First and foremost, the reasons why bullying happens in this school is from media
influence. Media influence such as social media and television make students learn
and teach others to bully other students. They learn about being violent from the
social medias and the movies that show scenes relating to violence. Moreover, they
also get stressed with the surroundings and school. When they are scolded by parents
at home and teachers at school, they feel dissatisfied. As a result, they release their
pressure with bullying others to satisfy themselves.

Furthermore, unhappy family life also causes some students to rebel at school to
relieve the pressure they face. The students are usually from broken families where
their parents had divorced and they are lack of parental love. Fights between their
parents also result on their attitudes in school. Peer group influences also make
other students become bullies and fight with other students. Lack of attention from
parents also can impact bullies life. Both parents, who hold full-time jobs, tend to
leave their children in the care of babysitter and foreign maids.

Besides, some suggestions that I had found was enforce stricter rules. Heavy
punishment should be imposed on those who repeat the same offenders. In that case,
students will not repeat the same crime because they feel ashamed by their own
action. The school has the authority and right to call the parents to school to inform
them about their children. Senior students who bully their juniors have to be taken
action by giving them a heavy punishment such as suspended them from school. By
doing this, the others students will be obey the school laws and they will feel afraid to
go against the school laws.

The bullies in school also must have counselling sessions. The school authority
must make sure that the school counsellors play their crucial role in giving
counselling to the problematic students. Apart from that, school also can conduct
motivational talks regularly. From the talk, they will know the effect when they involve
in bullying and gangsterism. They also know how to avoid themselves from being
bullied. A good talk will affect their values, behaviour, thought patterns and
expectations. School also can play a vital role by inviting the experts to make sure
that the talks given will give the good affections to students.

School also can involve parents in school activities. Organising more programmes
for students and their parents during holiday is one good method to curb the bullying
case. There are so many programmes that can be held that give benefits and
advantages to the students. For example, they can enjoy their leisure time with their
parents and friends by participating in juggle trekking and that are organised by
school. So, these activities will help the students to foster closer among themselves.
All this programmes also enables the students to instil good manners when dealing
with their friends which will help them to avoid from being with a group of friends who
give a bad influence to them.

Moreover, school also can organise awareness campaign every month. It will make
bullies avoid to bullying other students. The victims in bullying cases also can avoid
from being bullied because they know how to protect themselves. School also can
instil more religious values in all students. Religious values can make sure bullies
avoid bullying other students. School also can suggest to all students parents for
send their children to any religious classes during weekend. The best one is when
parents can spend time attending the class together with their children and not only
sending them.

In conclusion, eliminating the bullying among the students completely is

impossible, so it is important to keep it in a minimum level. Teachers, parents and all
the community members have to take the responsibility to ensure this case in our
beloved school is not going to be increased and arise. I am sure that all teachers and
students in this school hope to live in a safer environment and harmonious condition.
I hope that you will take action with this problem. I also hope that this problem will
end as soon as possible. Thank you very much if you can settle this problem quickly.
