05/11/2017 - DAILY BRIEFING

1. Met with Brian and AC Shultes our Sewer Maintenance Contractor this morning at the Arnot
Street Pump Station. We discussed the recent responsive issues as per the notice we gave
them as we.II as some needed repairs that are scheduled to take place shortly.
2. Met with Pat and Brian this morning and afternoon regarding continued work on the Borough
Hall property. Everything is on schedule to be cleaned, repaired and landscaped prior to
Memorial Day.
3. As previously emailed, the resolution regarding 138 Garibaldi Avenue was located and signed
today. Permits should be issued shortly.
4. We had a conference call with Novus Agenda this afternoon and continued some additional
training regarding additional features with the program.
5. Email was sent to PVWC regarding the water tower removal and to ensure that all tonnage is
reported back to the Borough for state compliance.

Vin,

After speaking to Elaine DeNoble to find out what happened to the resolution for 183 Garibaldi Ave she have told
me she didn't have it. I should check with Marcel Wurms. I did call Marcel Wurms several times and he told me on
Monday May 1, 2017 he had it on his computer but it wasn't signed. He would send it to me in 10 min. I told him
send it anyway I will call Mr. Gaciofano the Chairman to come in a sign and I will have Elaine sign it. Usually at
the meeting Marcel would read the resolution have the members vote on it then have the Chairman and Secretary
sign. If anything has to be changed then he might have to re-type it.
Marcel also stated that the members all get a copy. I did call Mr. Gaciofano he told me he doesn't keep any file he
throws them out. It doesn't really matter what happened to the resolution at this point, we just need a copy and I will
have everyone sign it. I am not pointing fingers. I know it .is not in thiS office and we are holding up the permits.
