a. RTR well try to schedule it to disseminate to as many classes as possible.

c. Publicity material on FB and twitter so that we can easily spread info to the student abt
upcoming events in the voting period itself
d. 2 since were aware from the past elections, we are aware that students [do not] vote
or they choose not [participate] in the elections, were doing our best to encourage
them to exercise their right to vote since this is for them as well.
1 we also ask, if possible, from professors to give incentives to students if they have
proof if they have voted for this election, if they attended the debate, or Miting de
Avance.
e. COMELEC is also getting the help of the political parties to entice students to vote. As 2
states, the political parties have a lot of connections and members who can encourage
students to vote, especially the freshmen, who will be participating for the General
Elections for the first time.
The freshmen election was merged with the special election.
In the past, Comelec attempted to automate the elections. This years Comelec has
considered the possibility of an automated elections, much like what was implemented in
STC previously. However, there are still problems its implementation University. According
to SLIFE,
Devsoc determines the topic for HARAPAn, Joint activity of Debsoc, Judiciary, and Plaridel. The whole
program flow itself will be coming from DebSoc. For The adjucicators, we ask judiciary and DebSoc to
participate to provide representatives to be judge and jury, said 1 who is also the project head of
harapan/ debate. 2-3 judges. This year, they plan on having more adjudicators for the debate. Before
we miht have 2-3. And sometimes when there are only two judges, [the number of judges] are not
enough, especially pag nag-tie. This year, they plan on having 5 judges for the debate, two
representatives from the judiciary and three from DebSoc.
