customers end-to-end solutions covering network design and engineering, project management, site
implementation, fibre reticulation and managed services.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelors degree/ Post graduate Qualification; but may include individuals who have had
previous experience in a similar role
Min. 5 Years practical experience.
Site Quality Management experience
Working knowledge of safety methods used in outside and inside plant.
Planning and organizing, Self-Management, Initiative, Flexible, Communication, persuasive.
Good Interpersonal skills.
Good management qualities.
Valid unendorsed drivers licence + own vehicle
Computer literate (Ms Excel & Ms Word)
Competencies/Skills
Responsible to collect end customer technical specifications according to Scope of Work and
technical project objectives.
Ensure all specifications are comprehensive and up to date at all times.
Keep a central repository of all relevant technical project documents.
Train the necessary personnel to deliver each project in compliance with the end customers
approved technical specifications.
Enforce, through regular site visits that all technical specifications are complied with.
Perform quality acceptance audits on build prior to releasing to customer (IQA).
Ensure the alignment of delivery of projects against the original concept requirements.
Responsible the quality of end-to-end project site builds and manages the quality of technical
delivery of projects under direct guidance of the Project Manager (Technical Site Survey
Request TSSR) through to final implementation and PAC.
Manages client satisfaction, commitment and expectations to high service levels and manages
escalations adequately.
