Greetings!
The undersigned, being an Information Officer I of this Province, is requesting your
approval/authority/permission for a limited practice of my profession. This is in
consonance with Section 7 (b) of the Republic Act No. 6713 and Memorandum Circular
No. 17 dated September 4, 1986 of the Office of the President declaring the authority of
the head of Department/Agency to grant permission to any official or employee to engage
in outside activities in accordance with Section 12, Rule XVII of the Revised Civil Service
Rules.
Most often, I am present in my office during office hours and even beyond if you need
my services.
Rest assured, your favorable action will be taken with extra care and appropriate caution
so as not to hamper nor impair my official function and duty in any way.
