Radionic Instruments

The AR3100 an Advanced Radionics Tool

One of the studies here at the Institute is Causality the relationship between
cause and effect. Causality can be enhanced and modified by using the right tools.
Either the classic Abrams/Drown radionics boxes or specific Causality Beamers can
be used in such endeavours. The AR3100 is based on the traditional 3-dial operation
of an Abrams/Drown instrument, but also contains the latest Beamer technology
that has been widely accepted by the Radionics community.

Radionic instruments can influence things like health, prosperity, happiness, etc.
Originally, these black boxes operated mainly in the physical plane, along wires
(Abrams), through the radio ether (Drown) and along light rays (Hieronymus), and
were used as tools for curing disease and improving health. The human radionic
operator was the actual conduit to any higher operating plane.

Modern professional tools operate directly in the higher planes, acting both on the
etheric body (wellness) and also on the strings that tie us all together
(influence over events and relationships). This is possible because of two advanced
concepts, orgone energy and scalar fields.

Orgone Energy

All living things on Earth (probably the Universe) are surrounded and revitalized
by a sea of life energy. This concept was well known to ancient philosophers, and
was given names such as chi and prana, and more recently eloptic energy, vital
force and orgone. While we all have a reasonable share of it, there are
practitioners (genuine, not the fakes) such as shamans, psychics, wise ones and
so on, who are able to gather pools of it around themselves and share it with
others. A modern radionic tool likewise has the ability to concentrate this orgone
energy around itself and its user. We usually refer to such a device as an orgone
generator or chi generator. The orgone isnt actually created; its harvested
from the universal Energy Field.

What does orgone energy do for us? It exists both in the physical plane with our
material bodies and also in the etheric plane with our higher functions. A
concentration of orgone acts as a life and wellness enhancer. It also boosts our
higher mental functions, showing up as flashes of insight, a brief vision of future
events, feeling the sudden death of a distant friend, and so on.

Like all of our new radionic devices, the Beamer contains an Orgonic Capsule that
increases the concentration of chi/orgone around you. Over time, as you practice
with your Beamer, your natural psychic abilities will develop. Youll become more
aware of others intentions, good or bad, and youll begin to develop a mental
picture of yourself as the center of a web of influence. A little tug on a mental
thread here and there and things will begin to shift in the direction you want. Not
magic, but rather a re-alignment of your own attitude.

Orgone energy will amplify in you the natural power and control that have always
been enjoyed by certain individuals.

Scalar Fields

By itself, Orgone energy only has influence at close quarters. So then how does
Radionics operate at such large distances? Its due to an energy concept known as
the Zero Point Field (ZPF) and its relative, the Scalar Field, which can be either
magnetic or electric or both. Theres still a huge amount to learn about these
energies, but we do know that there seem to be many natural sources of the ZPF in
the universe. Here on planet Earth, humanity has been enveloped by a specific type
of Magnetic Scalar Field for all of its evolution. The source is the magnetic core
of our planet. Colliding currents of nickel-iron by the billions of tons create
enormous magnetic fields, many of which cancel out. Those that remain produce the
well-known magnetic field that protects us from solar radiation. Those that cancel
produce a pulsating scalar field which forms a sort of shadow Earth in the higher
planes. Like its cousin, this also protects us, and furthermore, binds us together.
Every living thing on Earth, every crystal structure, every molecule, resonates
within the field of this all encompassing pulsation. Through it, were connected
and synchronized to each other and to world events. Plucking a string at one
location sends vibrations that can be felt thousands of miles away. This is a power
that reaches through the etheric plane and has been a conduit for psychic events
since the beginning of life.

The natural scalar field is the power behind many psionically enhanced structures,
both natural and man-made.

It was Nikola Tesla who created the first man-made scalar field generator during
his wireless energy experiments. Whether by design or by accident, well probably
never know, but we owe him a debt of gratitude for it. Unfortunately, much of his
work died with him. At the Institute we build on Tesla's original work, and
construct scalar wave constructs into all of our tools. The tuned resonator coils
of the AR3100 Beamer tap into the Earths scalar pulsations without the need for
battery or electric power.

All radionic and psionic tools use these constructs of orgone energy and scalar
waves in some way or other. You now have the vehicle to explore a new world. Orgone
is the raw life stuff that powers it. The scalar field is the engine that moves it.
The etheric plane is your highway.

The AR3100 instrument is the standard for serious use at the Institute. The basic
design is classic Abrams/Drown, with refinements slowly and carefully added over
the past 15 years. Every aspect of it has been thoroughly tested by our
technicians, staff and students in thousands of hours of use. We will stand behind
this fine device for as long as you own it.

Down to Business

The concept behind a Radionics session isnt hard to grasp. What you absolutely
need is the willingness to consider possibilities. We dont mean that you have to
be an unthinking believer. What you do have to be is open to new ideas, even
strange-sounding ones. You will prove or disprove these ideas for yourself.

A Radionic session is work, just like any other constructive activity. You want to
get something done, to change something thats not as it should be, to rid yourself
or others of fears and troubles. This can be done. However, you will not end world
hunger and stop all war! Your intent, even with orgone and scalar power behind it,
cant oppose the evil and apathy of millions! A few thousand like you could do it,
and one day people like you will play a major role in world events. For now, youll
act on a somewhat smaller but still very important scale, you and dozens or
hundreds like you, becoming familiar with and confident in your new abilities. At
first, become a center of influence in your own neighbourhood, an advisor in the
office, a respected individual seen as wise beyond your years. Eventually, as you
gain experience and confidence, youll want to make a few careful forays onto the
world stage, behind the scenes on the etheric level, of course. See if New York or
Washington or Moscow responds, even slightly. You wont be a Shaman or Power Broker
overnight, but lets sit down and start the process.

Getting Started
Place the AR3100 in front of you on a table or desk, and refer to the photo at the
top of Page 1. Locate the silver-colored beamer tube which extends from the front
of the case, shown at the left side of the picture. Now turn the instrument so that
the tube faces away from you. This is the way youll normally carry on a Radionic
session.

The small raised block close to you at the right is the rubbing block, also called
a stick pad. Its traditional to early Radionics practice. The inside of the block
is filled with an Orgone Matrix material similar to the Orgonite originally
invented by Karl Welz. The top is smooth and ergonomically sculpted, meant for you
to stroke or rub it with one or more fingers of the right hand. While turning the
dials with your left hand and rubbing the block with your right, your fingers will
suddenly stick to the surface. This means that the dial has been set correctly,
so remove both your right hand from the block and your left hand from the dial. You
start with the left dial and end with the right.

Some may prefer to use a pendulum or dowsing rod rather than the stick plate. This
art is known as Radiesthesia. Its been around for centuries and works very well if
youve got the experience or natural ability. Since Radiesthesia is an intuitive
function, you would normally turn the dials with your left hand (intuitive,
wholistic right brain) while holding the pendulum over the stick pad with your
right hand. Some users just naturally do it the opposite way, and we certainly go
along with whatever works. You may also prefer to hold it over the witness plate
instead. Pendulum or rod dowsing takes some practice, so please study the methods
that are freely available on the Web to make sure that its right for you.

In addition to stick plate and dowsing methods, theres a new technique known as
Orgone Pulse or alternatively as 3P. Its so revolutionary and important that
it has its own chapter. Please see The 3P Tuning Method for more information.

To the left of the rubbing block is a switch used for clearing the board, which is
a practice that was strongly recommended by Ruth Drown. Push the switch forward to
short out the radionic circuit and then release it. Any remnant from previous
sessions will now be gone and youll need to begin again. If at any time you feel
that a session is not going well, clear the board and start over.

The Tuning Dials

In the centre of the box are 3 tuning dials, which you will operate in turn,
starting with the left one and ending with the right. This is the normal
arrangement for a 3-dial box of the Abrams/Drown type. Each of the 3 tuning dials
is numbered from 0 to 10 and has continuous rotation. There are no end stops to
break your concentration as you tune them.

The dials are attached to magnetic variometers (vario-couplers) rather than to

resistors or switches, since the instrument operates in the etheric plane rather
than the physical plane. Variometers are inherently shielded aginst Miasmic
influence because there is no direct conduction to the physical portion of the
Radionic circuit. Miasms, which are like viruses in the Etheric plane, have been
known to contaminate professional Radionic operators, who spend hours a day at
their machines, to the point of severe illness. If youre presently using a hobby
radionics box which operates in the physical plane then youre quite safe, since
Miasms cant cross over. As far as professional machines go, the AR3100, for the
reasons given above, is completely immune to such contamination. Hours and hours of
teaching and practice at the Institute have proven that.

If you want to use the machine in the traditional full rate way, download any of
the standard rates freely available on the Web and adjust each of the dials from
0 to 9, ignoring the number 10 printed on the dial. You will have 1000 rates
available to you, always remembering that a published rate such as 2074 means 20
on the left dial (meaning position 2), 7 on the middle and 4 on the right dial.
This is a tradition that goes back to Abrams and Drown.

However, we recommend that you try out a couple of new techniques.

First, theres a growing trend in the Radionics community, the experimental science
of fractional rates. This is where an instrument like the AR3100 really shines.
Look closely at the dials and youll see that half numbers are easily possible.
Each dial can be read as a number from 0 to 10 in half steps (0 1 1 10 ).
Using this method, over 10,000 rates are possible using the 3 dials. We recommend
that you create your own unique rates. Try it and youll catch on in no time at
all. The extra resolution lets you fine tune each reading for better contact with
your trend and target rates. Please see the chapter on Sample Radionic Sessions for
more information.

Second, its quite easy to throw away the rate numbers altogether. This is only
possible when using a professional Radionic instrument which works in one of the
higher planes. The AR3100 operates in the etheric plane, the safest and most
effective for general use, and many operators never use the numbers at all. This is
known as rateless tuning, meaning no numbers to read. Its the turning of the
dial thats important. You probably know that the concept of rotation has powerful
and historical significance in spiritual and psychic events. For thousands of
years, the concept of spinning, dancing in a circle, and drawing circles on the
ground have all had deep meaning. We realize now that rotation in the physical
plane translates to searching in the etheric plane. With no end stops to distract
you, numbers become meaningless. You gently rotate the dial while waiting for an
indication. Most likely youll turn it around all the way, even more than once,
before feeling the stick. This is normal. The act of rotation, of searching, is
now a quiet, unhurried process. In fact, we encourage new users to deliberately
ignore any indications until theyve turned the dial through several rotations.
Once the feel of the dial becomes familiar, you can then ignore it and concentrate
on whats important.

The Sample Plate

The single sample plate (also called a witness plate) is located at the front of
the box and is used for both Trend and Target, a lot like the radionic machines
built by Hieronymus and others. Its made of metal covered by a polymer coating
that can be easily cleaned. The polymer makes a dielectric coupling between the
plate and the witnesses. This gives better tuning than direct metallic contact.

Cause and effect tuning is done by combining witnesses onto the same plate. This
way, the trend and target are always closely linked, and the tuning is much easier
for the beginning or intermediate operator. Its also the best possible way to get
outstanding results if youd rather test the tuning with a pendulum or dowsing rod
instead of the rubbing/stick plate. For more details about combining witnesses and
other Radionic tricks, see the chapter on Sample Radionic Sessions.

The Accessory Port

At the front right corner of the case is a black accessory port. This can be used
for installing Energy Tools such as a Radionic Antenna or Magnetic Booster, and for
linking the Beamer to other psionic tools. Please dont use it for any other
purpose. More information will be posted when available.

The Orgone Ports

Near the front of the case to the left of the Sample Plate are two silver Orgone
Ports. Their use is described in the chapter The 3P Tuning Method.

The Beamer Tube

Beamer technology is a relatively new concept in Radionics. At first it seems

redundant, since radionic linking is known to occur in all directions, not
directionally like a flashlight beam. Then why the tube?

Causality in general forms a bubble around the AR3100 at all times, even when the
board is cleared. After tuning, a specific Causality Link will be formed between
the machine, the Trend, the Target and you, the operator. This is a bubble
extending to vast distances if necessary, since distance in the physical plane
merely translates to superposition (stacking) in the etheric plane, where all
objects co-exist in one spatial reference. However, the above statements assume
perfect linking through perfect tuning. In the real world, unfortunately, this is
impossible. No machine is absolute, no operator is perfect. All links are flawed to
some extent. Radionics has never been a perfect science and never will be. But
things have improved since the pioneering work of Abrams and Drown in the 1920s
and even since the surge of progress by De La Warr, Tansley, Rae, etc. in the
1970s. By using a beamer tube, the slightly flawed link between objects can be
made stronger in real life situations. How is this done?

The Beamer has an Orgonic Capsule that produces a strong orgone field at all times.
The coaxial tube at the front of the instrument taps directly into the block of
Orgone Matrix material and so there is an area directly in front of the tube that
is highly saturated. Think of a grapefruit size soap bubble being pushed out of the
front of the tube. Now when the Beamer has been properly tuned, the surrounding
orgone field, including the bubble, is changed in an important way. Orgone energy
now piggybacks on the Scalar Field, on the Causality Link created by the radionic
tuning. The field becomes filled with purpose. The newly created link now connects
all objects for which it has been tuned, but the bubble at the front of the Beamer
remains in place. This is now an area of tremendous influence, although its quite
small. Objects placed into it can be charged with the same purpose that youve
tuned into the Beamer. These objects arent witnesses, but rather are formless
sponges for the directed energy youve created. Crystal structures charge
wonderfully well, as do pieces of Orgone Matrix material (Orgonite ) and also
psionic objects such as amulets. Whatever your choice, place it in front of the
Beamer tube overnight to charge and take it with you the next day. The link to you
now stays extra strong and the whole radionic procedure is that much more
effective. Even better, charge 2 objects and the next day leave one in place and
take one with you. The saturated bubble impresses a common memory into both of
them, and the link between them is very, very strong. Even when separated, they
coexist almost perfectly in the etheric plane and so you stay tightly connected to
the radionic instrument and procedure. If the procedure doesnt involve you
personally, use the above method to connect whatever or whoever is important to the
action youve set into the Beamer.

The next chapter deals with The 3P Tuning Method and the last one, Sample Radionic
Sessions, illustrates the use of the instrument by examples and explains various
radionic tricks.

The 3P Tuning Method

Psychic and psionic tuning is generally done either by Radiesthesia - dowsing with
a pendulum or a set of rods or, as in the case of Radionics, by using a stick pad
or muscle strength tester. These all depend on trying to interpret a strong
response in the etheric body by looking for a subtle response in the physical body.
Unfortunately, an untrained user may have trouble with any or all of these methods.
Fortunately, there is now another way. Many sensitive users have always been able
to tune by strong intuition. Usually it just feels right is what they say. The
Institute has been able to isolate and boost that response, making it available to
everyone. This exciting new technique is known as 3P, which stands for PYCHIC
PULSE and PAUSE, since during tuning youll probably feel both a Psychic Pulse
and a Psychic Pause. This is Radionic tuning like nothing youve ever felt
before.

How does 3P work? To the left of the witness plate near the front of the device are
two orgone ports. You will put your left hand just over these openings, or if you
like, touch them with 2 fingers of your left hand. The dials are now turned with
your right hand, not your left. The two openings lead down to a micro-crystalline
window into the Orgonic Capsule. Now we all know that crystal structures are
powerful conduits between the etheric plane and the physical plane. Even so, slowly
changing orgone energy levels can only be felt in a mild, rather vague way. But
this particular crystal window releases a sharp pulse of orgone energy when the
dial is turned to the right spot. It will most certainly get your attention!

What does it feel like? It depends on your personality, and also on your state of
mind, which usually changes during the radionic session. If youre nervous, keyed
up or mentally active, youll probably feel the pulse. Most likely youll feel it
as a tremor beginning in the pit of the stomach, then like a flash radiating
downward into the groin and legs, and upward into the chest and throat. Sometimes
it even extends into the arms and wrists. Some users describe it as a strong,
rather pleasant, electric thrill radiating outward from the solar plexus chakra,
with a secondary rush of psychic force travelling almost instantly upward from the
sacral chakra to the throat chakra. A few sensitive operators say theyd fall down
if they werent already sitting!

On the other hand, if youre feeling relaxed, meditative and calm, youll probably
not feel the pulse, or else think nothing of it. What you will feel is the pause
that follows it. Its best described as a momentary lull in mental activity, a
moment of relaxation similar to a yoga experience. The Institute has measured brain
activity and verified that this is real. In Western culture, there are biofeedback
methods that emulate a state of mental relaxation similar to deep Eastern
transcendental meditation. They refer to this state of mind as the deep alpha
state. This means that brain waves are part-way between alpha and theta
frequencies. These readings have also been measured in Tibetan monks and Eastern
holy men during their meditations. At the Institute weve seen brain activity
briefly drop into a deep alpha rhythm at the moment of feeling the pause. With
practice, some users even synchronize momentarily with the Earths Schumann
Resonance of 7.83 Hz. This constant, unchanging frequency, one of Earths natural
voices, has been with us for all of human existence and is deeply significant to
our well-being.

We now believe that the benefits of 3P go far beyond accurate Radionic tuning. Over
the weeks and months, being a part of the orgone pulse effect may align you with
our planet and its inhabitants in a stronger and more positive way. It happens to
some, not all. Time will tell.
This is the real world, and we humans arent able to focus perfectly on what needs
to be done. Stray thoughts and fleeting worries and desires all act to make the
tuning less than perfect. As a result, you may find several 3P events happening as
you tune a given dial. This is perfectly normal. The strongest one is the right
one. Dont worry about having missed it; just keep tuning. The right one will come
back and youll know it. We need to emphasize this so here it is again. If in
doubt, keep going, because when the proper setting comes along again all doubt
vanishes.
The above advice applies equally well to the use of Radiesthesia and the stick pad
method. Also, it applies to all of the dial tuning methods, traditional, fractional
rate, and rateless. With the continuous rotation of the AR3100, the right Radionic
moment always comes back.

Sample Radionic Sessions

Youve read about Radionics and wondered if it might work for you. The answer to
that is yes, it will, if you do your part and make an honest effort. Lets get
familiar with the techniques. Information on the Web and in books is often a bit
vague and contradictory, sometimes very specific to a certain type of instrument.
This part of the manual will get you past all that. This chapter will always be a
work in progress as we get feedback from users and make changes and additions. We
firmly believe in teaching by example, in a hands-on way. Your Personal Power
device is in front of you. Lets start.

Witnesses

Youre now sitting comfortably with the AR3100 in front of you. Youve cleared the
board. Youre going to try a radionic session involving your friend George who
desperately wants to quit smoking. Is George close to you? Can you picture him
clearly? If the answer is not really, then youll need a witness for George,
something thats been touched by him, thats been exposed to his image or his DNA.
Ideally this would be his name written by him on a slip of paper, a recent photo of
him, a drop of his blood, fingernail clipping or some strands of hair. If George is
there in person and is not a confirmed skeptic then thats best of all. Ask him to
sit in plain view of you while you carry on. Otherwise, wipe off the witness plate
if necessary and place the witness on the part of the plate nearest the beamer
tube. George or his witness is your Target, the object or person that will be
affected by the Radionic session. If George is emotionally very close to you and
clear in your mind, you wont need a witness, but it never hurts to have one.

Now about his need to quit smoking. You will put a witness to Georges need on the
part of the plate closest to the dials. This is called the Trend, the action that
needs to be taken. A suitable witness is a broken or crushed cigarette, preferrably
one of Georges variety, along with a note written by George that clearly states
what he wants to do The witness will only be as effective as the message, so make
sure George writes it out in plain, strong language. If you have to write it out
for him, thats OK too, but it wont be quite as effective. The Target and Trend
witnesses can touch or overlap if necessary, but try to keep them mainly in their
respective part of the witness plate.

Lets take a minute to talk about the whole idea of effectiveness. Not all radionic
sessions can be perfect. Some may be weak and some may appear to not work at all.
The usual culprits are either a weak Causality Link (lack of good witnesses, having
an off day) or hidden blocks that interfere with the session. The link will get
better with practice as you tune with more focus and choose better witnesses. But,
the hidden blocks will take time to overcome. They may exist in the physical plane
or in the etheric plane or both. You can either try to locate them and work around
them, or you can try to break them down by sheer force, by repeating the session
every few days for a week or two. Its work, like a chick pecking away at its shell
to get through to the outside. Anger, fear, self-doubt, or just plain bad Karma
there are lots of obstacles. The point were making is that even if the session is
not as good as it could be, theres every reason to do it anyway. First, it will do
some good, which is better than nothing. Second, any blocks will get weaker as you
hammer away at them by repeating the sessions. And third, youre getting practice
and refining your technique.

Radionics isnt an all or nothing procedure. It isnt pass or fail.

Its a subtle, behind the scenes action. Think of it as an herbal remedy, something
that takes a bit of time to work. Mild at first but ultimately powerful and
effective without needing drugs.

Back to work. Having combined the two witnesses on the sample plate, youre now
ready to tune the dials. If youre using the rateless method, jump ahead to How to
Tune the Dials.

If you prefer to use one of the rate methods, heres how.

When using rates, its usually necessary to first tune for each witness separately
and then set the dials for the result you want to achieve. First, put the witness
for the Target, in this case George, on the plate. Tune the first dial until you
get a match (stick, 3P event or pendulum response). Decide if youre using full
rate or fractional rate tuning. For full rate, adjust the dial to the nearest whole
number, except that above number 9 youll set it back to 9. Otherwise, adjust the
dial to the nearest fractional rate spot. This will be either a whole number or
half-way between 2 numbers. A number above 10 is set to 10, about half-way between
number 10 and number 0. Write down the number and dont touch the dial again.
Repeat this procedure for the other two dials. For fractional tuning, you now have
a rate that reads something like
6 8 2
which in this example is the contact rate for George. Whole rate tuning is obvious.
Now remove the witness and clear the board. Next, place the witness for the Trend
on the plate, and get the contact rate for that, which might be something like
4 9 10
Remove the witness and clear the board. Now its time to combine the rates and the
witnesses.

First, combine the rate numbers by adding them, since theyre both positive.

The combined number is now

There are only three dials, so we will set the combined rate as
1 1 8 and discard the 3.

If the last number had been 5 or higher instead of 3, we would have rounded up the
combined rate to
1 1 9

Put both witnesss on the plate, the Target near the tube and the Trend near the
dials, as explained above. Set the combined rate onto the dials. No need to tune
the dials again. Youre done!

How to Tune the Dials

Full rate, fractional rate or rateless tuning with a continuous rotation dial
its just easier. Imaging tuning a dial with end stops. Youre turning it and part
of you is thinking Im almost at the end of the sweep, and still no stick! Why
not? Continuous rotation takes away that subconscious distraction and lets you
focus on the goal.

For first time users, we recommend that you read the following paragraph very
carefully.

Relax yourself and begin turning the first dial. Spin it a few times just to get a
feel for it. Now slow down the turning and begin to focus on the goal. In a few
seconds or a few minutes, a match will occur, whether its a stick, 3P event or
pendulum response. If you dont feel right about it, keep tuning, otherwise take
your hand off the dial. The first dial is now set. Now this is important when
tuning, dont try to force a response! Let it happen when it happens. Theres no
failure if it doesnt happen right away youre not in a race, not in a contest.
Performance anxiety is natural at first, so if it doesnt seem to be happening,
stop turning the dial and just sit quietly for a few minutes with your hand on it.
If you prefer, walk away and come back later. The Beamer is your friend, not your
judge, and will be quietly waiting. Its on your side. You have all the time in the
world; whenever you decide to go on, it will happen. For new users, turning the
dials very, very slowly will calm the mind and make you more sensitive to the
event.

After a strong 3P event of the pulsetype, everyone always needs a break to shake
off the effects. The more experienced users who feel only the pause, and those
using the stick or dowsing methods are able to go on to the next dial, but most of
them still prefer to take a minute and come back to reality.

Carry on tuning till all the dials are set. The more carefully you do it and the
more clearly you focus, the stronger will be the Causality Link you establish.

Having tuned all three dials to your satisfaction, allow time for the Radionic
effect to take place. The beamer will establish the Causality Link within a few
hours, but overnight is safer. You can then remove the witnesses from the plate if
you want, and put the Beamer away in a safe place. Do NOT touch the dials for at
least a week, and preferrably not until the desired action is well under way. If
the dials are accidentally turned, clear the board immediately. Youll need to
repeat the session.

As we mentioned previously, Its quite possible that when you first start using the
Beamer, the Radionic session wont have much effect. This is real life, and
becoming a strong Psionic operator takes practice and persistence, just like
anything else. Also, please remember that weve all had off moments. If you feel
that nothing useful is happening after a week or so, by all means end the session
by clearing the board, and then start again.

Self Help Techniques

Finally, there are those Radionic sessions where you want to effect changes in your
own life. These are called self-actualizing procedures. You want to become more
respected, more loved, more wealthy, etc. This is all possible! However, knowing
that Radionics is a psionic science and not a fairy tale wishing well or a magic
wand, you also know that the changes in your life must come from you. You will
influence people and events around you to your benefit, but the power comes from
within you. This Personal Power is part of what a radionic instrument and other
psionic tools can help you to develop. An instrument like the Beamer is an
important part of your toolkit as you build a better life for yourself and those
around you.

Self-actualization is both easier and harder than other types of Radionic

procedures. Easier because youre both the operator and the Target and therefore
the psychic bond is innately strong. Harder because the Trend, the tough thing that
needs to be done, is often muddled by self-doubts and a confused and emotionaly
fragile state of mind. You dont want to think about leaving your wife or husband
of 15 years, even though your marriage is hell. This is perfectly normal. We all
have such issues to deal with and there is a way around them.

First, since youre the Target, dont tune for that right now. Move directly to the
Trend. You may have 3 or 4 needs all competing for attention. You must choose one
and only one to start with. Isolate it. Examine it. Can it be expressed as a single
concept? For example I want to be more popular is not a single concept. What is
popularity? Different people will like you for different reasons, such as beauty,
wealth, honesty, intelligence. The Trend you have to express is that characteristic
which you need to develop in yourself, one that may make you more attractive to
people. Once you have it firmly in mind, write it out, examine it, re-write it and
when youre finally satisfied, place it onto the witness plate on a paper slip.
Take a break and then tune for it. Do not try to tune for combined witnesses and
definitely dont tune for yourself, the Target, at this time. You will tune only
for a single Trend. Take your time; self improvement is a hard thing to accomplish,
even with the right tools. Take a long break when youre done. If using the rate
methods, write down the numbers as explained before, remove the witness, then clear
the board.

When using the rateless method, leave the dials untouched, do not remove the
witness and do not clear the board. Yes, thats right, you will be tuning the
Target on top of the existing Trend .

Now move on to the Target. Of course its going to be you, but it must be the new
you, not the present you! The best possible witness here is a standing mirror and a
strong resolve. With your hand on the first dial, but not tuning, look at yourself
candidly in the mirror, imagining the problem area that you want to fix. Then close
your eyes and imagine the new you emerging from your old self. This will be the
future version of yourself that results from the Trend. Maybe more confident. Maybe
more wealthy. Remember to pick only the image that will result from the Trend
dont try to imagine a fantasy you with no problems! With that image clear in your
mind, tune the first dial. Remember, its perfectly OK to have several sticks or 3P
events for any one dial. This almost always happens with self-help sessions. After
each one, look back in the mirror and decide if this was it. If not, continue
until youre sure. Lock in the one you know to be right. Repeat for the other
dials.

For rateless tuning, youre done. Do not touch the witness or the dials and do not
clear the board.

For rate tuning, write down the numbers, remove the witness, clear the board, then
apply the previously discussed method for combining the rates. Put the witness back
on the plate and set the combined rate on the dials. Now youre done.

Youll know when youve finished the session. Self-improvement is hard! You may be
crying uncontrollably or may be so exhausted that you have to lie down. Either way,
youll always remember the first few minutes of the new you.

Remember to leave the witnesses on the plate overnight and leave the dials
unchanged for at least a week or so, long enough for the procedure to take hold,
before starting on a new one. Be patient; life is a journey to be savoured, and
self improvement doubly so.

As you now understand, Radionic and Psionic operations arent done by waving a
wand. Anyone who tells you so is a liar. Holy men, shamans and real psychics have
always worked hard to get results. You will too, although with modern tools like
the Beamer youll become very, very good in a few weeks or months instead of years
or decades. Age-old techniques were handed down by word of mouth and only certain
naturally intuitive individuals succeeded. What we have now is a new science of
cause and effect, done in a new way with new tools. But it still takes some work
and practice to develop your Personal Power. Are the results worth it? In a few
