Result of AME LICENCE EXAMINATION, JUNE, 2010 SESSION

1) This list contains the results of those candidates who were admitted and have
appeared in AME Licence Examination, JUNE 2010 session.

2) The result of those candidates against whom NE (Not Evaluated) has been mentioned,
their OMR answer sheets could not be evaluated as they have not filled up their Roll
Number /Question paper Reference Number properly /correctly.

3) No request for re- evaluation of answer sheets for NE (Not Evaluated) Candidates
shall be entertained.

Important Instruction

1) The last date of submission of duly completed application form for written
AME Licence Examination, October 2010 session is 20th August 2010.

2) The tentative exam dates for October 2010 session are 6th & 7th October 2010.

3) The fees for written examination is Rs.500/- PER PAPER. The Bank draft should
be drawn in the favor of PAO DGCA MCA New Delhi. Validity of the Bank
Draft should not be less than Six months at the time of submission of the
application

4) Candidates are advised to mention their computer number, name and session of
examination on the reverse of the Bank Draft. No combined draft shall be accepted
in case of individual candidates including private, defence etc.

5) Chief Instructors of AME Training schools are advised to send the Applications
of the candidates who have passed their semester examinations and fulfill the
attendance criteria as mentioned in the CAR.

6) Instructors of AME institutes desirous to appear in the licence examination should send
their Bank Drafts individually and not clubbed with students of their Institutes. Further,
instructors should also mention as PRIVATE (Instructor) in the sponsoring
organization column in CA-9 application form.

7) QMs of scheduled / Non scheduled Operators/ A.M.O’s are advised to send only one
consolidated bank draft as fees for their candidates.

8) Candidates of scheduled / Non scheduled operators /AMO‘s should sent their


applications through their QM and NOT as individual or private candidates.

9) Candidates are advised to submit the applications on CA-9 (AME Written) Rev, July
2007, Form only, failing which, the same is likely to be rejected. Application Form CA-9
(Written) is available on DGCA Web site: http://dgca.gov.in under the heading
“Examination”.

10) Candidates who had passed their Paper 1 before 1992 should submit their duly
attested result of Paper 1 (combined paper1 & paper 2) /BAMEL / AME Licence copy
along with the application while applying for Paper 3.
