Observation:

Common Observations/Pending Points:

1. As per IEC 61439 Form 4A separation not meeting the requirements- Same to be corrected.
2. For All CT class found 0.5 but Ammeters found Cl.1- Info.
3. For MCCB Phase barriers are found missing- same to be provided.
4. All indication lamp found 60V but input voltage is 63.5 from PT- Same to be clarify.
5. Lock has to be provided for Pad Locking arrangements.
6. For all control TBs markers has to be provided for both the sides,
7. 20% Spare TBs(control &CTTB) has to be provided.
8. Few places Hardwares are missing for field cable termination- same to be provided.
9. All door mounting components identification labels has to be provided.
10. ACB/Module replacing trolley has to be provided.
11. Spare gaskets roll has to be provided.
12. For Control Transformer label found wrong- same to be corrected inline with SLD.
13. All Doors alignment to be done.
14. Danger/caution Plates has to be provided both front & Back
15. Proper Shrouding to be provided for all live parts.
16. All un used holes to be plugged properly.
17. For Earth bus hardwares are missing- same to be provided.
18. All components and identification labels has to be aligned properly.
19. All Analog Meters Zero correction to be done.
20. All relay live terminals, shrouding has to be provided.
21. Both the Panels ISMC base channel found missing same to be provided.

MRS Main LV Panel:

22. Incomer MCCB found faulty so, Logic and interlocks are not checked Pending.
23. TB Markers are missing same to be provided.
24. All MCCB (TMD 160) Feeders found pin type lugs in two numbers in single termination- same to be
corrected.
25. For Socket wiring is pending- same to be provided.

Service Substation Main LV panel:

26. All 400A Feeders Field cable termination was not feasible- same to be rectify.
27. Earth bus For SS Board found single run but MRS panel found double runs (Both front and Rear)-
Same to be clarify.
28. 7F Vertical Gland plate was not adequacy to enter the number of Field cables.
29. For All ACB Feeders, supports to be provided for Field cable termination.
30. P04F feeder Emergency switch was not working properly- same to be replaced.
31. ACB Cradle earthing was not done- requirement has to be conform.
32. For SS panels cable alley, socket was not provided where as MRS panel cable alley sockets are
provided- same to be clarify.

Drawing and Scheme issues:

a. Service Substation:
33. P05F Vertical Ammeter and ASS to be updated in GA.
34. P01R and P05F gland plate size found mismatching as per GA.(P01R Actual-730x855
Drawing-600x655 and P05F Actual 280x 270 Drawing-482x306).
35. For all 4P MCB identification label F1 has to be changed into Q11 same to be updated.
36. As per Scheme No.MNS3E16063R201(ACB Outgoing) KA3 contactor has to be incorporate
in BOM and TNC switch found 25 A in panel where as 16A mentioned in drawing- Same to be
incorporated.
37. As per MNS3E16063R201 ACB Spare Contactor 51&52 already used in the circuit Same to
be updated.
 38. As per Scheme No.MNS3E16063R008 Incomers Auxiliary contactors 27x,59x has to be
incorporated in BOM.
39. As per Scheme No.MNS3E16063R008 ACB Spare Contactor 21& 22 and 53&54 already
used in the circuit Same to be updated.
40. As per Scheme No.MNS3E16063R008 Auxiliary contactors 27x,59x was removed from
Breaker fault multiplication- Same to be updated.
41. As per Scheme No.MNS3E16063R007 DG Set controller healthy status was removed and all
OFF Delay timer has changed into ON Delay timer.
42. As per Scheme No.MNS3E16063R007 For Auto Position UV (27RY and 27YB ) should be
healthy instead of that Trip was considered.

b. MRS Main LV Panel:

43. The Panel Earth Bus found 2x 30x10 in Panel where as 1x 30x10 Mentioned in Drawing.
