Cost Plus Module - Benefits

Preferable when the volume cannot be predicted but the service standards have to be
maintained

An annual budget is prepared including all known fixed and variables expenses -
Keeps the expense for the client under check and fixed for the entire duration of
. the contract.

This cost is divided by 12 to arrive at a monthly fixed subsidy. This cost is charged
to the client as a fixed cost/ Management fees for operating the facility - Fair to
both the stakeholders as their interests are safeguarded.

Client does not pay for any overspends beyond the budgets and knows exactly
what the fixed amount will be each month - Partner gets his basic costs returned
and client gets best value in spite of low/unpredictable volumes.
