1. Ectopic pregnancy
Ectopic pregnancy is pregnancy occurring outside the uterus, commonly in the fallopian
tube.
2. Abruption placenta
Abruption placent is premature separation of the placenta from the uterine wall.
3. Abortion
Abortion is the end of a pregnancy before viability of the fetus. The termination of the
process of gestation after the time when the zygote attaches it self to the uterine wall
(about 14 days after conception), but before the fetus is possibly capable of surviving on
its own. (currently 23 to 28 weeks from conception).
4. Preeclampsia
Preeclampsia is abnormal condition encountered during pregnancy or shortly after
delivery, characterized by high blood pressure, edema, and proteinuria, and with no
convulsions or coma.
5. Placenta previa
Placenta previa is abnormally low implantation of the placenta on the uterine wall.
(Dilatation can cause separation of the placenta from the uterine wall, resulting in
bleeding. With severe hemorrhage, a cesarean section may be necessary to save the
mother's life ).
6. Unborn children
Unborn children is the developing young in the uterus, specifically the unborn offspring
in the postembryonic period, in humans from nine weeks after fertilization until birth.
7. Sperm production
The production of sperm is a complex process and requires normal functioning of the
testicles (testes) as well as the hypothalamus and pituitary glands organs in your brain
that produce hormones that trigger sperm production. Once sperm are produced in the

testicles, delicate tubes transport them until they mix with semen and are ejaculated out
of the penis. Problems with any of these systems can affect sperm production.

The male reproductive system consists of a series of organs used during sexual
intercourse and procreation. The primary organs are the gonads, or sex glands, which
produce sperm. The male reproductive system includes the scrotum, testes, spermatic
ducts, sex glands, and penis. These organs work together to produce sperm, the male
gamete, and the other components of semen.
10. Amnioscopy
Amnioscopy is visual examination of the fetus and amniotic fluid.
Amnioscopy is an invasive exam employed to visualise the forebag of the amnionic sac
and to look out for meconium staining. A direct visual examination of the fetus and
amniotic fluid with an endoscope that is inserted into the amniotic cavity through the
uterine cervix or an incision in the abdominal wall.
11. Fetography
Fetography is procces of x-ray filming the fetus in the uterus.
Fetography is radiography of the fetus within the uterus.
12. Fetometry
Fetometry is measurement of a fetus (especially the diameter of the head).
13. Fetoscope
Fetoscope is instrument used for examining fetal heart tones.
14. Multigravida
Multigravida is woman who has been pregnant two or more times.
15. Neonate
Neonate is a newborn baby, specifically a baby in the first 4 weeks after birth. After a
month, a baby is no longer considered a neonate.

Embryologist is one who specializes in embryology.

17. Pertaining to the fetus
Pertaining to the fetus is an unborn offspring, from the embryo stage (the end of the
eighth week after conception, when the major structures have formed) until birth.

A newborn infant, or neonate is a child under 28 days of age.

Pertaining to birth is the process of being born or of giving birth to a baby.

Premature infant is infant born before completing 37 weeks of gestation.
22. Vaginal discharge
Vaginal discharge is a fluid produced by glands in the vaginal wall and cervix that drains
from the opening of the vagina. The amount and appearance of normal vaginal discharge
varies throughout the menstrual cycle. An increase in the amount of vaginal discharge, an
abnormal odor or consistency of the fluid, or pain that accompanies vaginal discharge can
all be signs of infection or other disorders. Such disorders include (this is not an all
inclusive list) bacterial vaginosis, yeast vaginitis, and vaginitis.

Birth defects are physical abnormalities that are present at birth; they also are called
congenital abnormalities.

Obstetrics is medically specialty dealing with pregnancy, childbirth and puerperium.
25. Start to breast feed
Start to breast feed is feeding of babies and young children with milk from a female
breast. Breastfeeding should be started during the hour after birth and allowed as the baby
wishes.

check-ups that allow doctors or midwives to treat and prevent potential health problems
throughout the course of the pregnancy while promoting healthy lifestyles that benefit

Delivery room is a hospital room especially equipped for the delivery of pregnant women
28. Emergency situation
Emergency situation is an emergency is a situation that poses an immediate risk to health,
life, property, or environment. Most emergencies require urgent intervention to prevent a
worsening of the situation, although in some situations, mitigation may not be possible
and agencies may only be able to offer palliative care for the aftermath.

Brain tumor is a mass or growth of abnormal cells in your brain or close to your brain.
30. Need other food
Need other food is any substance consumed to provide nutritional support for the body. It
is usually of plant or animal origin, and contains essential nutrients, such as fats, proteins,
vitamins, or minerals. The substance is ingested by an organism and assimilated by the
organism's cells to provide energy, maintain life, or stimulate growth.
