EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Presenting to the crypto-world, the artist-world AND the decentralization of human affairs, ICO:
ArtistCo-op Token on Ethereum Platform. (ART) This company aims to aid in several aspects of
the artist-world as I have dubbed it. To date this includes: A token which will be released in
batches upon the pre-launch of the ICO, these tokens will categorize, register, track and verify
authenticity all of the individual art which a token is applied to, this token will be made
available to the public immediately following the crowd sale, and will be traded on the
Blockchain Exchanges, tokens will be given to artists who are signed up and registered with
ArtistCo-op which can in turn be assigned to individual art, active ArtistCo-op
Artists (which requires a monthly subscription) will receive a weekly pay-check based on
rate of participation which is designed specifically to address the lack of steady income for
artists, most of whom have no other means of substantial income and in turn often suffer from
lack; of money? Yes, but the lack of time and freedom, to think and create, are the main lack
which this project aims to provide. We call this financial freedom, and this is what we are in
complete support of.

INTRODUCTION (HEADER 1)
Aim to provide financial freedom to artists, by providing: living wage distributed in
paychecks on a weekly basis, free top line fraud protection through tagged blocks and
registry, a social platform that can support selling/buying individual art with cryptocurrency,
a networking platform for artists world wide, decentralize the art buying/selling world by
providing artists with blocks specifically for individual art pieces.

There is a problem in the world of artists, The financial stability as always been an
issue to an artist. This stress created by those needs can truly inhibit ones ability to be
productive in their livelihood. So we are here to relieve the artists of our world, of the
financial distress which can prohibit creativity, and therefore, their work. (yes, we know
that this stress can also be a accelerator to creative work)

Call letters ART with (3) different launches. All public purchasing allowed. A total of 6
 million ARTS will be available for the (3) pre-launches. With another 6 million available
after official launch

A starting block of 1 million individual art tokens, specifically used for the registry by
contributing artists. This Registry is of course always available to the public eye

A total build of 12 million ARTS (1/10th of an ARTS is an Artisan) 2 million in (3)

separate pre-launches for a total of 6 million prelaunch tokens in crowdfunding manner;
with the release of final 6 million after launch. All publicly trade tokens except a
segregated section of blocks for the registry, will provide amazing source of revenue in
order to implement ArtistCo-op and its capabilities.

Artists Memberships

Membership (subscription) offered to artists who choose to participate in ArtistCo-

op, with a monthly subscription payment, is paid with ETH for the first two months and
there on out can be paid with ARTS or ETH. Members will also receive an affiliate link
which contributes ARTS to an artists wallet based on those leads. In other words, get
fellow artists on board a get a calculated amount of ARTS deposited as bonus. Must
remain active.

Membership gives access to the ArtistCo-op platform which includes several

capabilities:
Networking amongst artists
Networking amongst artists and customers for personal relation
Buying and Selling on so called The Gallery portion of platform
Artists access to the weekly paycheck for an artists financial freedom. The
freedom from financial distress. This is in order to give the artist her/his time for
creating.

Membership is based up number of artists that the membership will include.

Meaning, if you are an artist you are a single; if you are an art seller then you will
have two or more artists which you represent in a single membership.

Artist membership is $50 in ETH paid every 30 days. First two months paid in
ETH and thereafter can be paid with ETH, BTC and our very own ART. Yes, you
will be able to pay membership fees with revenue produced in ART tokens,
including those earned through sales and bonuses.

Art Seller Membership starts at (2) artist names for $90, (3) artist names $130,
(4) artist names $170,,,,, (10) artist names $410, and so on accordingly.

ALL MEMBERSHIP Receives 200 ARTS per artist name, an ARTS wallet,
access to all platform options, access to the weekly paycheck, access to all (3)
pre-launch coin sales/crowdfunding events.
 Membership Affiliate Program includes all those who are active members.
Upon membership, each will choose a unique affiliate link which will provide the
bonus of ARTS (our coin) into the affiliates account. TBD
