1956 relating to installation and operation of meters in this regard shall not \up0
\expndtw0\charscalex100 be applicable. \par\pard\ql \li1151\sb0\sl-276\slmult0

\tab \up0 \expndtw-1\charscalex100 These regulations provide for type, standards,
ownership, location, accuracy class, \par\pard\qj \li1899\ri937\sb5\sl-

maintenance, access, sealing, safety, meter \up0 \expndtw-2\charscalex100
reading and recording, meter failure or discrepancies, anti tampering

at such locations so \up0 \expndtw0\charscalex100 as to facilitate to account for
the energy generated, transmitted, distributed \up0 \expndtw-1\charscalex100 and
consumed in the various segments of the power system and the energy \up0 \expndtw-
2\charscalex100 loss. The location of these meters shall be as under:
