5. RNC Raw counter too large to upload, you check it on Ramses,

6. IMSI trace no trace available, the issue already recovered,

7. Software version LR13.3.7 W (RNCD37300E1953s)

8. When did this issue occur? Any activity has been done on this RNC?

Hello Sharma,

Kindly find below my comments highlighted below,

Issue description:

RRC request (First request) was in same trend and RRC success as
well,

meaning that we didnt have real radio issue:

While LAST RRC counted had high peak:

CS traffic also showed blank during this quarter

No any critical alarms can cause this issue observed on the RNC
at this

time.

Issue recovered directly after only 2 quarter of degradation,

The main indicator have the below spick is as per below U2433_7

 We need to get the RC of this issue as the issue raised by the

customer and waiting our feedback,


, so please check and confirm from your side that there was no
service

outage,, HW issue that can impact service during this time?

Network level PS RRC SR is 4.77% yesterday:

RRC Failure Causes are following the normal trend:

I did not find any abnormality in PPC alarm (17TH March 2015) OR any
hardware

related alarm and same in HFB alarm.

VS_RrcConnectionRelease_UnspecifiedSccpReleaseCause(U405_1)(Event) as well.

It was pegged more than 21 million times in this quarter 20:45.

According to logs, which you provided, I did not find any abnormality at
UTRAN

side.

I did not find any real time outage on that time.

I request, can you confirm from core team, there was any issue or
performed and

activity between 20:30 PM to 21:00 PM (17th May).

Also, If issue re-occur, In same time kindly collect RNClogcollection,


because I

did not get any PPC debug in logs.
