ABSTRACT: Newton's laws are very important in mechanical physics, thanks to these
laws we can observe the behavior of objects in a given situation. The aim of the
practice is to verify the second law, this law is related to the force and acceleration
experienced by a body. It is necessary to conduct an experiment to verify the
consistency and meaning of the data obtained with the mathematical form of the law
proposed by Newton. The foregoing being subject to development in laboratory
practice wherein; proceeded to make the assembly of a support, with the caution that
this was leveled; therein two fixed pulleys placed at a distance apart on them I put a
rope, which held two one weight rack on each side respectively, while the weight
carriage No.1 in contact with the table and the weight carriage No.2 at a height of 44
cm. Then we added weight to each of these, thus recording the time of fall of the
weight rack No.2 under different loads.
