-AJ is a very good communicator. He communicated very well with all of the growers before and after he goes to each
farm. His reports are well written, and I have gotten very good feedback from all the growers he works with.
-AJ is very organized. He gets all his tasks done when assigned, and does not need to be babysat during the day.
-AJ is a quick learner. This is a tough job with a lot to learn and he was able to figure it out and find the right people to ask
-AJ works well in a team. He communicated well with our other intern, and they made a great team, bouncing ideas and
questions off of eachother.
Please provide any additional comments concerning the students performance during the internship.
I very much enjoyed having AJ on board. He did a great job this summer and I was very impressed. His communication
skills are some of the best out of any intern Ive had before. He fit well in our team and I enjoyed having him this summer.
