people became dependent on it. Technology is now used by people for much simpler,
easier and faster way to do things. Some used it as hobby and some used it as a job.
It is for these reasons that researchers would like to propose a Book Stock

researchers chose Book Stock Monitoring System in order to enhance, develop and
manage the stocks that are being processed. A Book Stock Monitoring System is a
system that will help to monitor the distribution, returned, unreturned and damage books
also it will compute penalties for those unreturned books. The problems that Inayawan
Elementary School faced are time consuming on monitoring and doing reports, lost,
damage and inaccuracy of reports. The system would like to lessen time, keep track of
The Inayawan Elementary is a public School and is not yet developed by any
automated system that is like some other universities are using. The school still do
manual monitoring of the books that has been distributed to the teachers then to be used
by the students but upon making tracks of the records there has been difficulties and it
has been a major problem that they faced all the time. Monitoring and pulling up
information is time consuming, Doing reports and tracking or reports leads to inaccuracy
since there are no proper instruments has been used in storing data.
School monitoring systems and their impact on disparities the many steps taken
by Napoleon Bonaparte in his efforts to create a unified French nation, is the setting up

set-up provides solutions to these problems. By applying a program that incorporates the
RFID reader with high-frequency tags attached in books, the tasks of library personnel,
students and faculty in searching, monitoring and supervising books are supported and
made easier.
The Book Stock Monitoring System will be useful for the School Custodian of
Inayawan Elementary School to do the help lessen the time consumed on doing reports
and pulling up information. The system would also help to lessen the worry that the
information that has been recorded might be damaged or lost since data that has been
established more than fifty years ago. At present, the school is composed of 111
