works, under Contractors responsibility, include works on following infrastructure:

1) SS 220/33 kV Kovacica (WF part - land plot 4949).

2) Switchyard 220 kV (TSO part - land plot 4950).

3) OHL 2x220 kV up to existing OHL 220 kV (TSO part).

The Scope of Work under Contractors responsibility, as further defined in the Section 5 of this MFS
includes the following works without limitation:
Setting out-works which includes marking of cadastral land plots, marking levelling and regulation
lines in relation to original points, lines and levels specified in the BoP Contract and pursuant to the
Main Design and approved changes within Executive Design. The setting-out works shall be done by a
suitably certified/authorized for cadastre measurement works.
The SS 33/220 kV and switchyard 220 kV works include supply (excluding supply of materials or
equipment which shall be provided by the WTG Supplier), delivery, installation (excluding installation
of WTG SCADA and WindSCADA equipment which will be done by the WTG Supplier) and
commissioning of equipment including any equipment necessary to achieve grid compliance
according to TSO requirements.
Supply, installation and commissioning of the 2x220 kV OHL for connecting the switchyard 220 kV
to the existing TSO grid, including necessary works on existing OHL 220 kV Pancevo 2 Zrenjanin 2
according to Agreement for construction between TSO and Owner, along with complete
communication and coordination with TSO.
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of SCADA and control systems in SS 33/220 kV
Kovacica and switchyard 220 kV. The works include interfaces with the WTG SCADA, the Windfarm
SCADA and control systems which will be delivered, installed and commissioned by

operating buildings (for TSO and Owner), including all necessary related electrical and civil works.
 Execute all civil works, including site preparatory works, levelling, grading and landscaping works,
earthing works, infrastructural works such as fencing and gates, roads, paving, drainage works, cable
trenches/ducts/channels, outdoor equipment foundations and steel support, transformer
foundations, underground water storage tank, sewage system, oil pits, relay protection, well building
etc.
 Supply, transportation, installation, testing and commissioning of suitable grounding and lightning
protection system for the SS 33/220 kV, switchyard 220 kV and OHL 2x220 kV, including all lightning
rods and all related equipment.
 Supply, transportation, installation, testing and commissioning of drainage system, including oil
canalisation and oil pit for power transformer. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of
adequate water supply, sanitation, heating and other systems.
 Supply, transportation, installation, testing and commissioning of adequate external lighting
system.
 Supply, transportation, installation, testing and commissioning of adequate security systems
(fencing and gates, video surveillance, cyber security, antipanic and security lighting), all with
accordance to the relevant public authorities and insurance company requirements.
 Providing any factory inspections and necessary testing of vital components, such as transformers,
switchgears and protection equipment.
 Supply, transportation and installation of consumables for the purpose of installing and
commissioning equipment in SS.
 Supply, transportation, installation, testing and commissioning of all components of firefighting
system in accordance of requirements from relevant authorities and applicable laws and regulations.
 The part of the well has been already constructed. Therefore, the Contractor shall take over the
well and integrate it in complete building system which includes all works and repairs (if necessary).
