Our size means that no-one in our business is lost. Ideas form the very
foundation of everything that we do and those ideas come from all levels
of the business. As such the development of Graduates is one of our key
business priorities. We work hard to nurture you carefully through your
career. Our Graduates quickly become key members of our project teams
and are given real responsibility from the outset.
I find the period from early September to Christmas to be one of the highlights
of our year and I thoroughly enjoy meeting our new cohort of new talent
when our Graduate intake joins us. I hope that you will consider Cundall
as a place to build the foundations for a long and successful career. I very

practical approach to our projects and are justifiably proud of our
achievements to date in reducing the environmental impact of our business
and our projects, and in driving change in the property industry in all of

Sustainability Engineer
For one project I was able to produce an energy and sustainability planning
statement, which looks at the buildings efficiency. I then did the heating
and cooling loads calculations for the building. Finally I conducted a Low
and Zero Carbon technologies investigation to determine which technology
would be best suited to provide clean energy - believe me there is so much
more to renewables than PV panels on the roof!
