Strength
1. Reliability Accounting records
such as financial statement, sales
records, petty cash records are
faithfully presented.
2. Submissions of daily reports to
Singapore head office is consistent
as well as the daily compliance to
government agencies.
3. Accounting personnel are proactive
to respond the needs for
accreditation requirements to
hospitals / laboratories accreditation
documents.
4. Information is verifiable
5. Accounting records specific to the
company is accurate.
External Factors
Opportunities
1. To have our own accounting
department to Phils. Branch
2. Opportunity to acquire a permanent
accounting system/software for fast
transactions.
3. Implementing new accounting
policy.
Internal Factors
Weaknesses
1. Our accounting department is
outsourced.
2. Professional fee is expensive for the
startup branch in the Philippines.
3. Affiliation to outsource accounting is not
permanent.
4. Record of sales, inventory, petty cash
records is still under the responsibility of
the admin department and still needs to
forward to the outsourced accounting
every end of the month.
5. Sometimes they are hard to contact
when we are in need of important
records.
6. No existing accounting system software
b/w accounting dpt. Admin and sales
department for sales and fund records.
