1. Why does Coleman think that traditional qualities, such as intelligence, toughness,
determination, and vision are not enough for a good leader? Explain and elaborate your

Answer:
Because Intelligence, toughness, determination and vision is not working without good leadership
management . Good leadership management is like discipline, discipline in time and finish the
job. Good leadership management is also about give award to employer who make a good
achievement in they work. Good leadership management is also about respect your employer
and maketheml ivein prosperity, because without it, nobody will work good, and you can not
became a good leader in your company or institution. And the last in good leadership
management is transparency and honestly in management, because without that as a leader you
just build a suspicion in management and it can be destroy your company or institution.

2. According to Coleman, someone who is intelligent and highly-skilled can be a failure at


the job. Why is this? Find your example from the article and elaborate.
Answer:
People with high intelligence Quotient or IQ maybe have supremes intelligence in their sector
but to make a good system in governor or institution they also have another Intelligence, like
emotional quotient and spiritual quetiont. People get the Intelligence quotient from study in
university or another educations institute, it makes them to know and have skills in fieldwork
later. But to supporting their skills in fieldwork they also have emotional quotient and spiritual
quetiont. Emotional quotient or EQ can be learn from society with another people, its important
to support in organitation or institution because its about abillity to build a good communication
interperson in institution. Another Intelligence is spiritual quotient or SQ, it can be learn from
someone life experience, someone with high SQ is usually have a composure to facing multiple
problems, and also have a way out to finis the problems. That three Intelligence is absolute need
to build a good character for leader or employer in a institution or departement.
3. What is meant by emotional intelligence, and how one demonstrates emotional
intelligence?
Answer:
Emotional Quotient or EQ is level of abillity from human to make a good conversation or
communications and make a good understanding for himself and for another human who
is make communications or stay in touch with that human. Its about feeling, emotion, and
respect another people.
Emotional Quotient or EQ can demonstrates by people if that people work with wisdom,
that people will lead a institution not just with rules but also have a policy to keep eye
open for human right, like human right for prosperity, human right for health protection,
and the leader and the employer is not have a gap, but both of them must have a sense of
belonging even in happy situation or sad situation. If a leader or someone show and
demonstrates it, that people have a good emotional quotient.

Answer:

Emotional quotient or EQ is very important and absolutely need for build a good leadership, and
have to be one of rules and regulation for a good leader. A leader if not have enough EQ, can not
close to employer and can not maximize their potential because the leader can not follow to be
experience feeling of the employer. One example, if the leader can not follow to be experience a
sad feeling because the employer just lost one of their parents, or the leader just to know
reprimand for employer, they will unlike the leader and they will working not with their heart and
just tinker with their job by giving them.
