Steps Description

After drawing the model of holes on the

mounting plate, drill the holes according to the
pattern.

Filling of the holes to rectangular shape and

use sand paper to smoothen the surface.

Center-punching for the screw holes.

Drilling of holes for the screw after making
center-punching.

Clamp the mounting plate to the position that

ease our bending process. The bending
process is by manually because the shape of
the mounting plate restraint the function of
bending machine.
After doing the bending process, punch the
surface of the plate with hammer and wood to
make it flat as 900.

Moulding the cylindrical shape on piece of

wood that use to make beading in later steps.
Punching the mounting plate on the wood with
cylindrical shape in order to produce the half
cylindrical shape of beading.

Welding of material on the bottom of the

mounting plate to ease the later step of
bending of the curve at the bottom.
Bending of the curve at the bottom of
mounting plate.
