DUAL DEGREE ADMISSIONS - 2016

Instructions to students who have been offered admission under dual
degree programme.

1. Please check the name of the degree programme to which you are offered
admission under Dual Degree programme.

2. If you accept this offer of dual degree, send your acceptance of the above offer in
the proforma given below, along with the payment of Rs.28,050/- either by
using your SWD login details through net banking or Demand Draft, as admission
fee to the Dual Degree programme. This amount should be remitted either by
SWD login details (URL: http://universe.bits-pilani.ac.in:12349/Login.aspx) in a
single transaction without adding other fee/dues or Demand Draft drawn in
favour of BITS, Pilani", payable at UCO Bank-Pilani (Code: 0150) or ICICI
Bank Pilani (Code: 1538).

3. If you are under the purview of ACB, your pursuit of the Dual Degree will be
governed by the clause 7.02 of the Academic Regulations. You are required to
maintain a minimum CGPA of 4.5 at the end of the fourth Semester failing which
ACB may recommend withdrawal of the dual degree offer made to you.

4. The Dual degree assignment has been done on your present grades. Any
subsequent change in the grades may warrant modification of your dual degree
assignment.

This form, duly filled-in, along with the copy of SBI Collect e-receipt -
payment details / Demand Draft should reach The Associate Dean, Admissions,
BITS, Pilani-333031 (Raj.), latest by 23th July 2016.

(Write your IDNO and NAME on the backside of the DD in case you are
attaching DD)
