Position: HR Officer
Job Summary:
1. Recruitment & Selection: Taking interviews, shortlisting candidates,
background verification for mid-level and senior level staffs and Fellow
Doctors for both hospitals of Kolkata & Durgapur.
2. Leave Management: Managing leave register, leave status of employees
both monthly and annually along with generation of daily attendance
report to ensure discipline in reporting line and working hours by the
staff members .
3. CTC break up & Full and Final Settlement: Preparing CTC Break Up
for newly joined in Executive cadre and conducting exit interview and
settlement of employee leaving service or in case of superannuation.
4. Statutory Compliance: Looking after PF and ESI documentation and
withdrawal of PF, along with ECR filling, generating monthly challan,
deposition of Form 9, addition and separation of employees, updating
ESI details, keeping records of Form 37, Form 7A & 7B, Form 19, Form
10C, Form 31, keeping records of timely amendment in both EPF Act
1952 and ESI Act 1948, monthly and annual return of Contract Labor
and notify the Management bout amendment in all other labor related
laws.
5. Payroll Management: Coordinating with Accounts Department for
monthly salary preparation and disbursement.
6. Welfare Activities: Conducting of Annual Hospital Day program single
handed for amusement of all the employees, taking care of all the
possible grievances raised by the employees, conducting weekly General
Meeting to find out the problems and grievances of employees, arranging
of Annual Picnic, and conducting Camps for free eye check-up as a
corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
7. Doctors Report: Preparing Doctors report and taking note of Doctors
camp visit, emergency, evening shift for appraisal purpose and monetary
benefits.
8. Performance Appraisal: Looking after the performance appraisal at the
end of every financial year on the basis of employee performance at their
respective departments, setting performance goals, evaluation of
achievements and improvement process. Appraising the Consultants on
the basis of the patient statistics.
9. Manpower Planning: Planning for Manpower on the basis of Demand
Forecasting and auditing for the same to judge the ROI.
10.Admin Services:
1. Scheduling of Doctors Visit to Durgapur Unit on weekly basis and
coordinating with Accounts Dept. with the same for Allowances.
2. Keeping record of Parameters Statistics for Parameter meeting for
Madurai hospital.
