RE: Complaint about dog living in Unit 10 and hot water tank

Recently a tenant moved into Unit 10 with their dog, and I believe this is violating the Strata rule of
no pets allowed in units.

The Unit 10 tenants have also been allowing their friends dogs into the building on multiple
occasions and their dog even ran into our unit last Christmas. Their dog also frequently barks at night
and early in the mornings. This is not acceptable behaviour, especially in regards to noise and
hygiene of the building.

To resolve the problem, I would appreciate if you can inform Unit 10 of this matter and have them??

I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem. If I do not hear from you by Wednesday
25th January, I will lodge a formal complaint to NSW Fair Trading.
