Helps in revising and editing legal policies, contracts, legal documents High Do
and draft pleading for the LAD Manager final review.
Assist the Legal Manager in monitoring the progress of the review of
cases filed in Court and those filed in the Corporate, making High Cases F
recommendations for improvement where necessary.

Coordinate with Department Heads of all SBUs to ensure that said unit's
concern on legal problems and issues are properly and immediately High Resolu
addressed. This includes regular visit and meeting with SBUs.

Initiate or assist, when called for, in the preparation of a suitable agenda


for the regular meeting and in particular, ensure all relevant legal issues Medium Cases F
and updates are placed on the agenda.

In coordination with the LAD Manager is required to offer legal


interpretation service to the companys management on different factors High Resolu
on the present laws and regulatory needs.
Collects the necessary data and case status report submitted by the
Legal Assistant designated on all cases filed in court and in the High Do
department and submits summary report of cases to the LAD Manager
Required to deal with LAD Manager and other law personnel within the Medium Docum
Department to discuss about the case.
