Revealed License Agreement:

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ BEFORE USING.

By using any Revealed product, you accept the following license agreement:

License Grant:
The following license agreement applies to all products sold either through digital download,
distributor, or authorized retailer carrying Revealed Music B.V. products. The products contained
herein are licensed, not sold to you, the individual end user, by Revealed Music B.V. This license is
non-exclusive, nontransferable and expressly forbids resale or lease of the product. This license is
granted only to the individual end user who has purchased a registered and lawfully made release of
the product from a dealer or a distributor authorized as a partner with Revealed.

All products remain the property of Revealed Music B.V. and are licensed only for use in the creation
of a live or recorded performance that includes the licensed samples as part of a derivative musical
work created by the licensed end user.

This license expressly forbids resale or any form of re-distribution, copy, duplication, rental, loan, gift
or transfer of the product in the production of any commercial sample library, sound effect library or
virtual instrument without our express written consent.

Refunds:
All sales are final and your purchase is not refundable. Once a product file has been accessed on the
server or by any other means, the order cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged or refunded.
Terms:
This license agreement is effective from the moment the product license is purchased or acquired by
any means. The license will remain in full effect until termination by Revealed. The license may be
terminated if the licensee breaks any of the terms or conditions of this agreement. Upon
termination, the licensee agrees to destroy any and all copies of the product and any of its contents
at their own expense. Revealed reserves the right to change this license agreement without notice.

Limited warranty/limitation of liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Revealed disclaims all warranties and
conditions, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, warranties of satisfactory quality, title, and non-
infringement, with regard to the product. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither
Revealed, its suppliers, dealers, distributors, nor the agents or employees of the foregoing will be
liable for any indirect, consequential, special or incidental damages of any sort, (including, without
limitation, damages for lost profits, business interruption or loss of data arising out of the use of the
product) whether or not same have been notified of the possibility of such damages, or of any claim
by any other party.

Violation:
Revealed reserves the right to prosecute piracy and defend this copyrighted work to the fullest
extent of US and International civil and criminal law. Any person who shares, uploads, distributes or
otherwise provides any Revealed product to any person or entity without permission shall be in
direct violation of the terms of this agreement and shall have all licenses terminated and all right to
use any Revealed product immediately revoked.
