Another basic task is the organization of the programs of the manager: we organize meetings,
visits events and exhibitions. We reserve hotel rooms for the guests and tables at restaurants
for official dinners.

We handle incoming and outgoing documents and maintain contact with the management,
gather information about the relevant topics. Contact with the management and supervisors is
also the job of the secretariat. The secretaries have to attend meetings and business talks, take
minutes, make telephone calls, do invoicing, make reservations, send faxes and e-mails, do
photocopying and filing.

Last month unfortunately we could not meet the deadline for signing the contract with Argo
Ltd, because 2 documents were missing. Some e-mails disappeared thats why our partner in
Atlanta did not receive our payment reminder. We signed the contract with Argo Ltd a week
later and received remittance from Atlanta a month later.

All in all, I think that the last term was successful.

on numerous occasions just because of the absence of the relevant secretary.

validated for the task. To do so, the secretariats will be to undergo a six week long procurator
course to obtain the necessary knowledge for becoming an electronic registry member. The
course will be presented in English.

- Weve argued at length with the management whether it should be compulsory for all
personnel and we recognized the fact that if we are to embrace this new method of registration
on our full extent within the firm, the only way to accomplish this can be by allowing
everyone to become part of it.
