The implementation of Community Service

As a provider of nursing care. This role can be carried out with due regard to the circumstances nurse
basic human needs is necessary through the provision of nursing care using the nursing process to
determine which nursing diagnoses to be planned and

As an advocate. This role do nurses to help community in interpreting information from the service
provider or other information especially in decision approval for nursing actions that are given to the
patient, can also contribute to maintaining and protecting the rights of patients which include the right
to the best service, the right to information about the disease, the right to self-determination and the
right to compensation as a result of negligence.

As an educator. This role is performed by assisting the patient in raising the level of knowledge of health,

care team so that health care providers can be directed and in accordance with the needs of the patient.
As a collaborator. The role of nurses because nurses work here is done by the health team consisting of
