Risk Hazard
Football boots (studs) Football boots have metal
studs on the bottom which
could be a hazard if
someone is stepped on with
them.
Goalposts and nets Goalposts are made of
metal and can bruise and
concuss you if you run into
them. The nets can get
tangled around your leg or
your football boots and
make you fall over.
Slippery surface (Boots When football boots are
indoors) worn inside the surface
becomes extremely slippery
which could cause you to fall
over.
Football When filming shots where
we kick the football it could
hit someone in the head or
face.
Muddy field Filming on a football pitch
that could be wet and
muddy may make you fall
over.
Prevention
Make sure boots are not on
when not necessary and try
not to run or stamp around
immaturely.
Dont go inside the goal if
not necessary and try not to
run at speed near the
goalposts.
Do not wear football boots
indoors unless needed for a
shot, and definitely do not
run.
Make sure everyone is
aware when the ball is being
kicked and do not aim for
people. Be sensible.
When on the fields try to
wear boots to ensure grip
and do not run with
inappropriate footwear.
