Conclusion:
Through this journal, I found out I needed to be more fruitful.
(Puns:)) I did realize I consumed too much sugar and not enough fruit
on a daily basis. To improve this, I will consume more fruit and cut
down on the sweets for a bit. This experiment did confirm my strength
in being healthy, but also pointed out great things anyone might've
looked over. Thank you and I hope you learned something too!
