LEARNING ASSESMENT
1. What are the most significant experience and/or learning that you have gained
from the OJT?
Personally the best realization I had was trading really is a good business,
You would only need a good eye for a product but in bulk at a cheap price and
sell it to a location where that product is unavailable or scarce.
Another would be the importance of having someone who assumes a
leadership position inside the company when the Boss is away since most of the
staffs become lax when there is no leader is present. Installing CCTV might be a
good option.
Lastly even if you are the best on the way you treat your subordinates they
will always have something to say, it will never be enough the best thing to do is
to know who appreciates you the most and are productive and build on them to
be part of your key people.
Not quite, I was hoping to be acquainted with the work of the sales agents
for the last half of my OJT where I would be able to see them present the product
in front of a buying team, handle impromptu situations and learn how to address
them, be part of the bidding process being there present at the auction. However
this unfortunately did not happen.
Yes, I came to some of their clients with them but did not get much action
as I have stated in my weekly report. I just hoped that day in and day out I would
experience more of the how their agents work the field.
Nevertheless, I still enjoyed my OJT the staffs where easy to go along with
and they have thought me a lot of things experienced working on transmittal
memos talk to clients over the phone and update them somewhere neve racking
since I am actually calling CEOS of companies.
3. How would you relate your OJT experience/learning to your being an
Entrepreneur in the future?
