Abstract

The world has faced many challenges, destructive mechanism and catastrophes in the race to witness the
best of power and its implementation by the services of certain nations who has been willing to
demonstrate by virtue of global power, supervision and cultural competition accordingly.
These nations have been responsible to their activities in concept of destruction by weapons or structuring
their compilation by technical or cultural aspect.
Yet we come to associate all activities with one firm foundation in the context of political stability and it's
supposed to be known as Hegemony in present that talks about aggression, dominance and force
mechanism to dominate the world.

To address the virtual issue, this research work deals with the will of Hegemony that is determined by a
particular country on concept, stature and global faith of concerns.
It discusses the role of Hegemony as a theoretical concept as well as its limit as an ideological synthesis
to extend the aggression and intellectual mind that talks about all compiled in one single strength.
Meanwhile explaining the perspectives of Hegemony and its order is not an easy task, it demands the skill
to perpetrate the inner scope of those countries that have dominated and mostly look on American
interests at heart in the present standards.
Ultimately in concerns to American power This paper deals with the certain aspect of Hegemonic life in
the nation within and beyond and in what way a nation-state dealing with hegemony is the most key
recession at it's peak of evolution as a Global nation is the key structure of this whole work .

All in all, AS an outline, This research work aims to search out the possibilities of hegemony in the
context of international order by it's strength and it's certain limits- In brief where it tries to explore the
situations through settlement which the American hegemony that has shaped in past and it also tries to
exploit the possibility that the certain disturbance has occurred in American hegemony.
By using method of comparative phenomenon, at the end the effort tries to seek whether American
hegemony has reached a decline- if yes in what way it's happening today or if no, AT what level American
hegemony is active and what are it's significant role if such certain questions should be compared to the
ideology in present.
A basic term of understanding has been performed in work to signify that in what way the hegemony like
order help Americans prevail and if it's possible virtually, How they will make it stretch forward in future
to continue the domination if in real term they are able to do so and how to ignore any accused symptom
if arise virtually by weaker nations if they continue to convince them also.
IN this way, being the quest of the research work, These two ideologies of 'existence' and 'downfall' in
context of Hegemony and it's implementation at high stage authority and power of Americans will keep
popping in the research work and thus all in all, The effort will try to explain the power of Hegemony
with it's impact and implementation at global stage.
What it will do that it shall identify the key consonants in form of dominance, strategies or equal power
share, so the complete progress of such ideology shall be discussed in the work to rectify the chances
perceived by Americans in the context of the same at large.

Finally, the work will try to recognise the American hegemony and its progress in certain restriction of
international theories and regulations, but the effort will also open the chances in which Americans used
certain policies to reach to the ideological power of Hegemony.
In all sense, the work will be helpful and informative to understand the Hegemony and its context in the
case of American Superpower in present that has been formed around and made this country uniquely
significant:
How much it relies on others and how far it has progressed is a basic factor first to identify the character
of the American power and its virtual scope when it comes to Hegemony.
In what way it can spread downward or whether it has happened being a doubt will surface as an another
scope to identify and analyse the separate realms of United States being the global world boss;
And the most burning desire to understand that American hegemony going to decline finally? Is it truly
going to happen or the challenges perceived in present only illusion to a certain stage.
These are the key perspectives of the research and I hope they shall be cleared in the complete research at
a general stage to be expressed largely...
Introduction

The world faced many transformations in between 20th century after the end of the 2nd world war, where
the ideologies like Hedlfrick model (1) and Monoflict models (2) appeared in context of the International
domination or hegemony after the end of the world war with the Atom bombing of Hiroshima and
Nagasaki by the Americans in August 1945.
The end of war in such dangerous Hegemonic Inflation (3) meant a serious deal to effect overprinted
through it's consequence across the world by the rise of Bipolar world itself after the end of the War, But
the quest of Hegemony had already began between Soviet Russia and Americans which was bound to
spread under Metlics of Arms race (4) in the beginning of the 20th century strategies of Cold war.
To analyse therefore, the quest to strategise the Hegemonic order or to strengthens the International order
of Paridie (5) began in the contemporary world with demonstrations like Korean war conflict (6) and
Cuban Missile Crisis (7) came into vision, Thus the quest of the Hegemony for a leader like Americans
with Nox policy (8) was on the move, thus the Ideology of Hegemony also arrived with Truman anti-
communist manifesto (9) at large... 1. Skolkovitch, C. rev. 103-181 (2002).
In this way the Decline of the Soviet Union (10) has contributed to the rise of the Newly Found Economic
order on the basis of the Americans across the world and thus it attributed to the rise of Hegemonic
prospects of Americans. This raises many questions as it justifies Americans control of International
Separation policies (11), as it demonstrates American's possessions, but it also inflicts justice of in
corrective analyses of Americans about the present world indeed.
The hegemony of Americans has been long since debated on basis of Economic and Political quest, But
as after the destruction in the Iraq war (12) led to serious demonstration of imbalance of power by
Americans, in this way the demonstration of hegemony of Americans by the early revisionist scholars has
to face a change at different standards.
The concept of Hegemony that evolved during the mid 20th century is not the similar which we consent
today in context of Americans. We deal with Struct model of hegemony (13) therefore in Present's
structure to understand How American hegemony has been so significant at the last days of the 20th
century and how the other world has coped the same.
The ways applied by Americans to impress others are now getting weaker with Policy of recessions (14),
Therefore it's necessary to understand what Present Hegemony accounts for in context of Americans and
their influence all across the world indeed.
In this way at large, from the shift Americans influenced in 1st world war to the Policies they obtained in
crises and influence all across after the downfall of Soviet Union is not the only parts of Hegemony, It's
necessary to understand that Why Americans wish to be boss of the world and in what way or Implicit
cost of Resilience (15) They wish to continue their journey in field of hegemony to explain it all... 2.
Monford, E. rev. 108-145. (1998).
The Hegemony Theory

The term hegemony is certainly relative to domination, but it's completely opposite of what Robinson
Russo wrote in Daniel Defoe' (16) 1 century ago, The idea behind hegemony involves international
stratification of a country for it's own power and spread out, but the model is totally operative to what
happened in past with cruelty, disgust and ill-ratified consolation of people across political Geographies at
large.
The concept of hegemony denotes structure of political powers of a nation across Globalised territories in
present consultations- it demands of it's impressive strategies across the world to protect Human laws; It
demands policies of the same nation to simplify the structure across Global economies; It demands
cultural integration (17) by the efforts of such nation for Global peace as well as it demands the security
of the world under motto of that same nation by agreement of other international powers and other
influenced nations!
Today, the quest of hegemony is not too much debated, as much its stability is concerned on the global
world. The quest is hardly concerned by it's evolution in context of Americans as Boss of the world, But
it's surely going to be asked that how far the stability will continue as Hegemonic denotation for the
world, whether it shall survive or it shall decline, So let's discuss the primary identity of Hegemony's
theory in past to begin this whole concept into a better light of prospect.

The idea of Hegemony was presented firstly around 1920s by British school of Imperialist conclave,
where the historians such as David Monford and Charles Rucckinson claimed that the force is not going
to stay as impressive in future as it was during the early stage of the 1st world war. The both historians
were of liberal view of Imperialism, thus they regarded a new ideological formation into existence which
they later on in their research efforts called as Hegemony at large.
Monford and Rucckinson were not convinced by the effective perspectives of the Hegemonic model they
addressed in their efforts- They further moved on to conclude that the hegemony shall not be
overpowered by force, but b the efforts of Public strength in the contemporary world, So a new model
shall arrive in the form of Cultural prism of newly rising powers to form the conquest over the hegemony
at last.
However, The best discussion before the beginning of the 2nd world war in context of the Hegemony is
recalled by the Social-Industrialists or Cultural Monologue theory (18) which believed that there might be
a certain prospect of an ideological stage in future of the politics in world, where a condition such as arise
when a single political power shall dominate across the world to enhance it's wisdom. It shall be done by
both efforts by same power, either in sense of cultural collectivism or through social dialogue, but a
certain norm shall be applied by same power to dominate the world further on.
The theoreticians of this theory including Charles Backleft, George Paulson and A. C. Hardley are of the
idealist view of the ideological conflict and conquest in the world after a human crisis, thus if we say
exactly they were trying to denote Cold war's possibility after any human crisis helping in the rise of an
international power leading on to pressurise that same power to become the Hegemonic strength in the
complete world itself, Then it would be a sincere quest indeed; Not only in terms of social gradation, but
also in the field of political stability of present Hegemony of United States; However they indeed saw a
possibility that Hegemony might bring into effect and that's the key of this ideologue here only.
In this way, Before the Recessionists and Revisionists arrived after the Atom bombing impact of
Americans in the contest of Hegemonic model, There was a serious amount of discussion already going
around in the context, So we can't impress the fact that hegemony like model only developed after the end
of the 2nd world war, We can certainly suggest that 2nd world war was a platform from where Hegemony
became more influenced, But it's role in the contemporary world was already in consent around certain
contemporary powers... 3. Ivaniviski, N. rev. 162-190. (1997).

Before, we discuss the multiple ideologies in the construction of Hegemony Stability theory, it is essential
to understand the dimensions of cultural ethics in the context of Hegemony in sense of its spread through
cultural aspects, which might be very precise to be done on the basis of contemporary school of thought.
(19).
The most of the famous historians who express power of Hegemony and cultural Ethics consist of Dobbs
and Robinson, who both express the desire of Hegemony through the _power of Cultural Ethics_ (20);
rather than the Cultural Economy (21) in the early 20th century through social designation of ideological
structure of the international ratification, which not only expanded the possibility of Hegemony
depending on role of a nation on International laws, But it also expanded the political formation of the
same ideology itself-
Samuel Dobbs in 'Social Ethics of Hegemony' express the desire of Hegemony after the end of
destruction of cultures within self-constructed conflicts, thus he raises the issues that the contemporary
elements of cultural ethics will help in the foundation stone of the Hegemony rather than it's effect into a
minimum range itself; This idea struck a clear indication for those wondering about Hegemony that it's
not only about power and authority; But it's also about capturing proper social responsibility at
international standards in different conditions varying according to the political response of a cultural stat
in it's own zone in any nation across the world itself-
Meanwhile, Charles Robinson in his theory of 'Social retribution' (22) explains the direction of power and
culture clashing with each other for the foundation of _new political ethics (23), thus he expresses the
desire of Hegemony with it's ultimate stability in the late 20th century on the basis of the demonstration
of Cultural and political measurement at large- This measurement was to contrast any will of nation for A
nation trying to attribute for the hegemony; Thus Robinson had already explained what present scholars
debate about that the Hegemony will face regular challenges and it's tough to contain it's stability under
pressure of power by a single nation trying to respond as a single Hegemonic entity indeed.
In this way, The first of the historians who expressed the Hegemony after the dilation of the political
challenge described it as a phenomenon claiming the policies within the states comprising of cultural
ethics; thus those who shall claim the identity of the existence of Cultural Control (24) they could only
achieve the stability in hegemony rather than explain it's mutual strength across the world on the basis of
the Political challenges of the late 20th century, but it also means that they shall have to understand the
clash and disturbance in stability through outer forces in the face of various global nations with their
international reputation at large... 4. Dobbs, S. and Robinson, C- Rev. 185-300. (1961).

One of the other factions who discussed the rise of 'hegemony' was the Prioriate school of thought (25),
which is most considered in consent of the concepts of Hegemony. It debated that allocations of the
hegemony in the concept of virtual theory rather than adaptive theory are more effective. The school of
thought consists of most conspatorial experiences including Grammsy and Boreland who both are of the
open process theory of hegemony (26); Thereby they consent on the social and cultural manifest of the
hegemony as it's outline and economic virtues as it's cosine in the concept of the Hegemony with it's
effect on the later 20th century at large.
The theories presented by Antonio Grammsy in the concept of the Hegemony were outline theories rather
than than explanatory theories to define the stability of the ideology known as 'hegemony'- In this way
Grammsy discussed the Virtual Mechanism (27) rather than Models of ethics and stability (28) which
meant that Grammsy was convinced that Hegemony will take place accordingly to the conspiracies of the
contemporary powers, but he didn't discuss the virtual identity of the ideology as a stabled mechanism, In
which the sensibility of Hegemony as an order was prescribed on the basis of political order rather than
the Stabled identity (29) at large. This also explains that conspiracies might be part of political
disturbances by a hegemonic state but they won't get highly active to subordinate the demonstration of the
same ideology for the international pride.
Grammsy might have clearly identified the role of Hegemony as a symbol of power, But he was
restricted to justify the cores of central ethics in the context of the Power of Hegemony- The virtues
which present the standards of stabled hegemony are not discussed by Grammsy to analyse the source of
Hegemony as an order rather than the controlling mechanism, Thus the existence of Hegemony before the
2nd world war was the consent mechanism of power which derives sense of mechanism in field of
political preservatives, But the hegemony never deals with Totalitarianism and Structural Anarchism,
Thus Grammsy's efforts were certainly prosperous in consent of hegemony, but they didn't expand the
possibility of Hegemony as a proper and virtual international order.
However, Boreland who was the predecessor of Grammsy discussed the rotation structure of Hegemony
(30) rather than discussing the equalised bases for the hegemony. Boreland goes on to anticipate the
cultural means of the mechanisms for the progress of the Hegemony in the field of cultural background
with industrial income, Thus he continues to explain the structure of Hegemony as the outdated faction
which shall decrees the virtues of public and political sector on the basis of power rather than authority,
But in what way such authority has to be established is not the complete concern of Boreland. He only
expresses the desire of Hegemony as a phenomenon rather than structure, so the quest of Stabled
hegemony is not properly shaped by these scholars at large... 5. Boreland, K. & Grammsy, A. rev. 197-
241. (1936).

Now, we can certainly assist that the actual syllable of Hegemony as an order was not completely exposed
by the western scholars, who were working before the rise of Cold war. However we also witnessed that
some of the Cold war historians had suggested the power of Hegemony as an impact, But we hardly come
to understand the concept of Hegemony as a stabled monologue, Thus I shall now try to explore the
American documents after 1990s to extend the concept of Stabled Hegemony, which was only prescribed
into action after the downfall of Soviet Power as an international recognition, Thus let us discuss about
The Rise of The Americans in context of the Phenomenon known as Hegemony.
It shall also be taken into account that it's necessary to understand that why Americans stabled the
conceptual structures of the phenomenon known as Hegemony. The ways in which they elaborate the
rotation of the Hegemony, The policies through which they insured the stability of the same power and
the sources through which we can assure ourselves that the present scenarios help us to understand that
the American Hegemony is loosing it's strength and stability in mode of productions applied in global
possessions in present scale international policies as a predicament.
So let us try to understand what American hegemony is and how far it's stabled and in what way it might
face decline in coming future...
American Hegemony- Stability or Decline!

The nation known as United States was one of the first to achieve Independence from the colonial mask
of British government. It achieved independence in 1776 and stretched out the mask of 1st nation to
succeed in putting hold a newly drafted constitution and policy of Democracy with newly parallel
political framework across the contemporary world. The Americans had been able to strengthen their
power till the process of 2 centuries, where they not only learnt the base to stretch out their integral role as
power and authority, But they also learn how to guide and rule across International policies in regular
intervals of international pollination across the contemporary world. The Americans did react lately to
both world wars respectively; They did grab the possibilities of weapon trade; They were deeply involved
in grabbing hold of the nuclear power in the early and late 20th century and once they succeed, There
was no halting!
The formalities continued from STAR treaties (31) to various Nuclear disarmament treaties (32) with The
Soviet Russia and to guide the same, United States acted as safeguard of the contemporary world, which
was doing all formalities for the peace, But Its action for establishing hegemony continued. Once It
witness downfall of Soviet Union at the end of 1990s after failure of various economic policies- It's done
through various ideologies that the Hegemony's stability can be proceed by the Same people themselves.
The people who once talked of _By the People For the People_ (33), They were now speaking of _We the
people and You four Command_; (34) in looking forward in the context of Impact perspectives (35) for
the policy of hegemony and They demonstrated their will and aggression in 1 decade of merciless
progress towards the policy known as Stability of Hegemony indeed.

Before, we progress ahead to understand certain models which discusses the growth of Stabled
Hegemony in United States; We must go behind to understand that from what kind of contradictions
Americans reached forward to either explain or sustain their possibilities in the field of Hegemony. There
were two certain aspects which foresaw the concepts of Hegemony for the Americans which included
power and destruction till the end of the 2nd world war at large- Due to their eternal construction,
Americans were demonstrating their will at international level to extend it's universal growth as a
hegemonic state.
Now, Here we have a contradiction to understand to enlighten in contest of the structure of Hegemony in
the context of the Americans in the form of certain thinkers known as Revisionists- The school of thought
was concerned by the terror provoked by Americans at the end of the 2nd world war by atom bombing
and thus they were not satisfied by the progress of Americans in the context of race for the hegemony.
They not only criticise the policies obtained by Americans to establish Cento (36) and Seato (37) in Asian
outdoor, But they also considered a threat when Cuban Missile crisis was almost controlled by the impact
of both powers, thus let us first understand the Revisionist perspectives in the context of race of
hegemony for the Americans.
Meanwhile, the revisionists were considering the prospect of Americans confusing as according to the
political events going all around the world- There were two cold war scholars named Edward Slowk and
Charles Burnet who both criticised Americans policies in the context of race for the hegemony. They not
only considered the ideology of Political Hegemony as fraud but they also criticised the excellent of
politicians such as Kennedy in the context of the race for the arms and gun as well as missile machinery-
These both scholars valued cultural potentiality to be the base of the Stabled hegemony, Thus they
counter tackled the ideologies through which the Americans had challenge the Communist world in the
early 1960s in the process of racing the arms out of the consent while trying to achieve Hegemony as a
nation itself-
Slowk argued that the American hegemony is not possible until the Soviet Union exists due to the virtual
threat possessed by both nations against each other, Thus Slowk featured consent on the basis of the
political challenge between Americans and Russians which had begun after the Korean war propaganda at
large, Thus Slowk suggested as a revisionist that the revived policies has to be obtained by any nation to
confect hegemony as a stabled policy for it's own international goodwill.
Meanwhile, Burnet took a different pattern than Slowk- He didn't focus on the contrast policy in The
bipolar world as in it's progress, Thus The challenge through which Russia and America shall face each
other as enemies state decreased, But they focused on the prosperity of two separate power blocks, So An
ideology like hegemony might not prosper in both's existence in the contemporary world. Burnet
consented the application of social harmony by certain nation through economic sensibility, Thus he
concluded that the nation who might be able to consist it's own internal economic progress would gain the
benefit of an ideology like Hegemony through it's internal economic progress in the international level,
So the same nation shall be able to certify such ideological strength later on to the contemporary world at
large-
What we can generally argue from revisionist perspective that the Hegemony was not possible until
Americans hasn't become the boss of the world, Due to another equal power was into consent; In this
way, We also come to know that It's not an easy task to expertise the power and authority to systematise
an ideological structure like Hegemony and thus due to arguments presented by Slowk and Burnet, It can
be understood firstly that it would have taken more than 3 decades to reach the Hegemony, Thus
Americans had to be patient and structures their politics in the contemporary globe to establish a proper
network of international strata before getting the status of Hegemonic state at large... 6. Slowk, E &
Burnet, C. rev. 303-430. (1975).

It's very clear that once the Soviet Union had disintegrated, The Americans had got better chances to
establish their potentiality in the international level on the basis of social and cultural dignity. The
recommendation of the New International Economic order (38) was one of the most influenced
statements by the Americans which rectified the possibilities that they were in mood to have control at
world level and it might be best to prefer Hegemony for them, now such a superpower has vanished from
sight as contender of hegemony against Americans.
As we are talking of American hegemony, Now, Let me introduce the separate school of thought known
as Materialist school (39) which focused on American hegemony through three pillars of power- The
scholars of this school believed in social, cultural and international dialogue of the Americans after the
downfall of the Soviet Union. The scholars supporting the ideology of Hegemony Materialism had clearly
anticipated on the American hegemony at the last days of identity of Soviet Union, Thus I shall now try to
explain here that in what way this ideological school put forward it's ideology in favour of American
Ideology and how it helped in Americans capturing hold of stability of the Hegemony at large-

The main focus of this group of ideologists has consisted of impact perspective in the proceedings of
Hegemony in the context of Americans. The proceedings of internationalisation are discussed by this
school of thought in the conservation of prosperity of the Americans. The ideologies like marketisation
and globalisation has been given key preferences with Multi-national corporations across the globe in
representation of the Americans as well as The scholars of this group discuss the role of Americans in
field of marketing, military and weapon reforms, Global quest on the individual preferences and cultural
policies for the nationwide expenditure, So the Americans were able to know how to dominate according
to the regional customs of particular nation in target to establish hegemony at large.
The most influencing scholars of this school of thought are mainly Jefry Allyson and Antony Blake, who
has both worked as officials at international agencies like United Nations and it's submerged organisation
in past an they are well-aware of the potential position of America in the context of the social and cultural
machinery of Hegemony, So they had given credit to internationalisation and trade awareness the
preferential evolution of American hegemony and believed that it shall stay stable in coming future.
Allyson had mostly focused on the internationalisation theory of marketing trade and it's preference by
United States for the stability in the Hegemony. He gave theory of the open trade value (40) to explain the
potential existence of Stabled hegemony under leadership of Americans- He exposed the stature of
America in the field of marketing and business economy and gave credit the nation for building
international close up network of trade and balance to systematise the challenge of economic virtues
across the world under the potential leadership of trade by the American Hegemony.
Meanwhile, Blake has given the point of human rights and cultural assets to expose the power of equal
virtues for equal nations by the Americans at international level- He suggests that if it's not been for the
American hegemony, the control won't have been established after the disintegration of the Soviet Union.
He accepts the possibility of international trend after downfall of such giant union but also explains that
due to it's dispossession it lost credentials thus the credit of Americans is respectfully implemented at
international level which has helped in equalisation in different international trade organisation and their
role for certain nations in the age of globalisation at the world level itself.
In this way we can finally understand the pressure of Hegemony for the Americans in present for the
possession of resting the hegemony, especially after Russia has emerged as an exclusive superpower once
again. The ideologies has been given forward in prospect of Stability in American hegemony, But it has
faced regular challenges from China and Korean supplementation; However the third world nations have
been cooperative to Americans due to cultural trust of the Globalisation, We can still understand that the
time hasn't come yet for it's decline; The American diplomacy can change with insults and discursion at
third world economy in China or at other such national entity But it doesn't signify that American
hegemony has discarded, It will face more challenge, but it will continue for 1 more decade at large... 7.

Footnotes

1. Hedlfrick model
A model which explores the stability of Hegemony rather than social dignity model of political
construction in the Hegemony.
It generally discusses the model in which a country can stand on Hegemony and explains it as a virtual
target or process of force being applied in equal distributive means to extend the powers of hegemony
around...

2. Monoflict models
The models of Hegemony risen after Critics of Revisionists against American model of Hegemony
describing that there is lack of stability in American hegemony structure.
Such group models focus on the cultural stature of Hegemony being the prior model and make it looks as
its influence is dominating like financial imperialism which explains the scruples of the virtual cultural
prospect for concepts like Hegemony...

3. Hegemonic Inflation
The economic crisis or deflation in which Bipolarisation is effected and Hegemony is tilted to one side
impact rather than stability of all World economy.
It is a horrible sight when for one country 'Global crisis' meant loosing all the money and political
conscious; But for other it remarks a nice little break out to benefit it's old warrior into the friendly sight
and by such virtue two nations can't convince their future ties to be strengthened...

4. Metalic Race of Arms

It prescribes the arms race in which certain countries tends to equal their weapons but they not counter

Conclusion

This research paper tried to explain certain aspects of Hegemony through various scholarly analyses. It
opened up the conditions through which the order of ideology such as Hegemony has evolved and it also
discussed the mainstream statements in the conceptualisation of the Hegemony. It tried to open the
debates about the certain challenges hegemony like powerful ideology has to face in the existence of
bipolar world as well as how Hegemony is being constructed on the basis of historic and political
framework in its own credentials across the Global transition at large.
I tried to expand the possibility of ideological evolution of Hegemony before the rise of the conflicts at
world stage as well as I tried to explain how the historic terms by such certain Imperialist historians
justified the term of Hegemony; When I had done with explanatory remarks on the same, I went further
on to discuss the theoretical and conditional part of the hegemony where I discussed about the social role
of Hegemony as a concept through certain Scholarly remarks; Even though I tried to take over Hegemony
on the basis of the present day systematisation and in what way Hegemony derived with the evolution of
American power and culture across the globe.
All in all, its very clear for everyone that American hegemony had established after downfall of Soviet
Union, but we have not complete clues about the debates which fashioned about Americans in present. I
have clearly indicated that it's necessary to understand perspectives to look forward that how low
American hegemony has progressed or how high it has sent it's remark- Thus I would like to conclude
here that American hegemonic order might have suffered serious contest in recent years, But it hasn't sunk
so low that we start to call that it has declined; there is still enough power in U S A to endure the pressure
from global stage and it shall recall it's strength soon, Thus we shall not accept the Decline of American
hegemony rather we shall try to understand that in what way new policies of American hegemony are
going to rise soon, This is the final message of the Paper and I hope it was covered all in all...
