Agreement of Purchase and Sale

This agreement of Purchase and Sale is made between Steve Madramootoo,

hereinafter referred to as the vendor of the first part, of 145 Lusignan East coast
Demerara and Sham Singh, hereinafter referred to as the purchaser of the
second part, and of lot 23-26 Harkmans lane, New Amsterdam, B/ce on this day,
the 20th day of June, 2017.

Now this agreement witnesseth as follows:

That the vendor, bona fide owner of Toyota starlet Glanza as follows, and as
covered by Certificate of Registration # PJJ 9594:

Model :
agrees to sell, and the purchaser agrees to buy said vehicle.

The parties have agreed to a consideration of $850,000 (Eight hundred and fifty
thousand dollars), with $600,000 (Six hundred thousand dollars) paid upon the
execution of this Agreement of Sale and Purchase, and the balance of $250,000
(Two hundred and fifty thousand Dollars) to be paid by July 31, 2017.

The said vehicle is sold free from all debts and encumbrances.

Possession of said vehicle is being given to the purchaser at the execution date
hereof, and all associated costs will, effective from the said date, be taken care
off by the purchaser, including and not limited to all repairs.

The vendor will render all assistance to the purchaser to expedite the transfer of
registration.

Now this agreement binds the parties, their heirs, successors and assigns.

In witness, whereof the parties have hereunto set their hands at Berbice, this
date June 20, 2017, in the presence of the subscribing witnesses.
