We require that you use only these 2 box size. (Tolerance of 1" +/-)

1. 21 1/2" (L) x 13 1/2" (W) x 12" (H) ( 55x35x30 cm)

2. 24 (L) x 13 (W) x 13 (H) (62x33x35 cm)

The maximum weight remains the same: 16kgs - 35lbs per carton. Cartons need to be strong enough and each
carton has to be sealed with reinforced tape.

The required markings on the cartons will remain the same:

Option 1 suggestion: top, blouse, skirt, dress, shorts Option 2 suggestion: pants, jackets, plus size

Approval procedures

Fit sample when the style is still not approved.

PP sample upon request and must be in actual fabric and with actual trims for a final approval. A fit sample is not a PP sample.
Shipping samples when the samples are from the bulk production.
a) You must take all necessary measures to insure and respect the ex-delivery date.

1) Any samples sent to head office must be tagged properly with our sample hangtag. (Product standard guideline pge 2)
a) Information must be properly filled.
b) Sample hangtag to be tag at center back neck on top or on left wearing side for bottom

2) Once the order is placed, we expect a First Fit sample within the next 3 weeks.
a) When we send original sample with our style development, that sample must be sent back with the 1st fit for our
review otherwise we wont be able to proceed with fit.
b) Samples must be in the actual fabric quality.
i. Please note that fabric stretch is crucial to execute a precise fit and if it does not correspond it may be rejected.
c) Fit samples sent to head office must be measured by factory prior to shipment and to be shipped with that same
measuring sheet.
d) You must send paper pattern with each fit samples.
e) You will need to resubmit a FIT sample, until its approved by our Fit department.
i. We expect 2 weeks in between each fit samples.
3) We may request that you send us a Pre-Production sample (PP sample) in order to see the final effect with the
actual bulk fabric, color and trims.
a) Once the fit is approved, the full grading chart will be provided to you, so you can start the production.

4) When the order has been produced, you must send us shipping samples from the bulk production, sizes S-M-L or 5-9-13,
in assorted colors.
a) Upon receipt, we inspect them, and make sure the production is accordingly to our requirements.
b) Then we will issue the Letter of Quality Approval. (LQA)
c) No booking or shipments will be accepted without this document.

Workmanship
1) Nylon thread is not permitted
2) Seams to be 10-12 stitches per inch
3) Outlook the garment should be clean, without hanging threads or any defect

Sweater
1) Mobilon or self-jersey band to be sewn into shoulder seam when required for heavy knit
2) Weight of the garment is confirmed only at the approval stage.
3) Weight is related to cost therefore needs to be accurate.
4) Weight is directly related to tension & handfeel.
5) Linking yarn to be the same as per the self garment.
6) Always add a yarn into a mini poly bag attached into the care label

Pant and Skirt

1) Waist needs to expand when required; an extended measurement will be given and needs to be followed.
2) Waist to be fused or blocked, depending on the waist type chosen
3) Back welt or reece pocket to always be tacked closed with a removable stitch (to avoid opening)
4) Shank button to have a plastic ring to re-enforced
5) Shank button on front waistband to be re-enforced with fusing at shank position only.
(avoid band stretching and shank pop out)
