PAYMENT PLATFORMS

We recognize that the prevailing cash shortages in the economy have presented challenges for
some of our clients to make payments for their stands and flats in Madokero Estate and
Mabvazuva.

In light of the above, we would like to inform you of other convenient payment platforms that are
available for your use when making payments to us.

3. POINT OF SALE (POS)

3.1 We have in place Point of Sale (POS) machines at our offices in Borrowdale, Madokero
Estate and Mabvazuva. The POS machines accommodate all card types, key amongst them
ZIMSWITCH, VISA & MASTERCARD. Please feel free to approach any of our offices to
make your payment and obtain a receipt for your payment.

4. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

4.1 Our bankers, Stanbic Bank of Zimbabwe Limited, NMB Bank Limited & CABS all have sound
correspondent banking relationships for US Dollar and South African Rand transactions
whereas further details for all other currencies shall be advised as needed.
