have grown obsolete by now as market trends have changed and so

employees will be incentivized for giving referrals and further perks

RECOMMENDATIONS
Skype Interview- Instead of having telephonic interviews they
should focus on Skype interviews. As the time elapsed in both the
interviews is more or less likely to be the same and the interviewer
would also be able to see the gestures of the interviewee which
play the most important role in an effective communication
