1 : SCOP OF WORK: With reference to movement of your materials Ex Bhiwandi To Various location
the Transportation Rates is as below:-

2: LOADING & UNLOADING : Loading / unloading is not in our scope and is to be done by the
consignor/consignee. Our commercial offer does not include Loading/ Unloading cost.

3: INSURANCE: Taking Comprehensive Transit Insurance for the consignment is compulsory and has to
be arranged by the consignor/consignee with a waiver of right of subrogation against us and complete
insurance details should be provided to us, at the time of booking. Incase of any Mishappening to the
Consignment Enroute , a Joint survey will be Conducted and our liability will be Limited to providing you
the Certificate of Fact (COF) only, Freight bills cannot be withheld due to unexpected accidents.

4: BOOKING DOCUMENTS : All Complete & Valid booking Documents-with Necessary Signature and
Attestation (As Applicable)- like Invoices , STNs, Way Bills, Permits etc has to be handed over to us at the
time of loading itself, to avoid unnecessary delays during transit. We will not be responsible incase the
consignee you will have to settle the matter directly with Concerned Authorities. Any Detonation of
Vehicles due to Improper / Incomplete / Incorrect documents would attract detention charge.

5: OCTROI / TOLL TAX / ENTRY TAX : Levies like Octroi / Toll Tax / Entry Tax, if any Payable on the
consignment shall be paid by the consignor / consignee in case it has to be paid by us behalf of the
Consignor / Consignee , then the same should be reimbursed to us within 3 working days, as actual paid
+our services charges of 5% of the amount paid by us.

6: LIQIDATIONED DAMAGES: It will be our Endeavour to safely deliver the Consignments within the
timeframe envisaged. In the eventuality of any delay due to any unforeseen circumstances, Our Liability
for any kind of damages / penalties shall be restricted issuance of COF certificate & you can claim to
insurance company,
7: DIESEL ESCALATION CHARGES: The offer is based on the prevailing price of diesel. In case of any
increase in price of diesel, the freight rates will be decided as per mutual discussion.

8: FIRE: In the event of loss / damage to consignment due to Fire beyond our control then Tiranga
Logistics Pvt Ltd Shell not be held responsible and no COF shall be issued acknowledging the damage.

9 GREEN TAX: For Delhi NCR movements, Green Tax will be paid extra on production of relevant
documents.

10 VEHICLE PLACEMENT: Placement of vehicles will be subject to availability of vehicle, which be be

conveyed in advance. No any penalties for non-placement of vehicle will be debited.

11 Multiple Unloading: in case of multiple unloading point Rs.2000 will be charged extra within 50 Km
range.

12 SERVICE TAX: Service Tax @ 4.50% on total freight, as applicable to be remitted directly by the
consignor or Consignee as per Government of India Notification.

13: Diesel Clause: The offer is based on the prevailing price of diesel. In case of any increase in price of
diesel, the freight rates will be decided as per mutual discussion.

14: Halting: Halting of vehicle will be charged @ 1500 per day.

15: payment Terms: Payment to be made within 10 days from the submission of bill along with POD.
16: Transit Time: Transit time given in rate annexure is exclusive of booking & delivery date.
