BRIEF BIODATA OF ENGR BARR TOPE ORIBUYAKU

Engr Barr Tope Oribuyaku was born on 22nd February, 1948. He attended Ado
Grammar School, Ado-Ekiti and later gained admission into the Obafemi Awolowo
University (formerly University of Ife) and studied Civil Engineering. He attended
the University of Benin for Master in Business Administration and the University of
Lagos for Bachelor of Laws, Master of Laws and Master of Science in Civil
Engineering. He further attended the Nigerian Law School. He also pursued the
professional examinations of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors starting
from the second examination and through the third examination to the TPC and the
professional interview before getting qualified as a quantity surveyor. He holds the
following professional qualifications:
Registered Engineer, Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria

Registered Quantity Surveyor, Quantity Surveyors Reg. Board of Nigeria

Engr Barr Oribuyaku has worked in the public sector, construction, consulting,
manufacturing and training. He was formerly a procurement consultant under the
World Bank Financed Aviation Sector Projects and currently on a World Bank
financed Federal Roads Development Project (FRDP) as a Consultant on
Procurement/Project Management. He is also on the Board of Techgrade Consulting,
the leading training firm in the engineering and construction industry in Nigeria.

On the family side, Engr Oribuyaku is a Christian and is married to Mrs Stella Anike
Oribuyaku (Nee Okeowo) who is also a well nurtured Ekiti Daughter from Ado-Ekiti.
The family is blessed with children.
