1. Opinion

An opinion is a judgment or belief about somebody or something which is not based on

knowledge. Giving opinion is stating something which is believed based on the observation. The
following are expressions of asking for and giving an opinion and idea.

Sentence structure to express opinions: Subject + Verb + Object

The Use of I Think, I Suppose, and In My Opinion

There are many ways to give opinion and idea. We must use the following gambits.

1. I think....
2. I suppose...
3. In my opinion....
- I think....
It is informal way to give opinion. It is used to make opinions and statements sound less
dogmatic.
Example :
I think you are wrong
I think we should be careful
- I suppose....
I suppose is used to give opinion as a guess. It is used to enquire politely about something. It
can also be used to suggest unwilling agreement. Suppose is used to say that you have an
opinion or you believe something to be true.
Example:
I suppose you have known each other for a long time
I suppose you are hungry now
When responding to an idea with suppose, we can use so to avoid repeating the idea that has
already been expressed. It is also used to say that you agree with something .

Example:

I suppose we will get the result of the test today?

Yes, i suppose so.
would Mr. Joko go to the meeting tomorrow?
I suppose so.

Structure: i suppose (opinion sentence)

It is a formal way to state opinion
Example:
In my opinion, Mr. Andi is a good teacher.
In my opinion, we should enter the class earlier.

Noun

The conception of someone or something as representing a perfect example; an
ideal.
The from or shape of something; a quintessential aspect or charateristic.

reconcile me unto her.
An image object that is formed in the mind or recalled by the memory.
 More generally, any result of mental activity; a thought, a notion; a way of
thinking.
