Article XI: The Teacher as a Person

Section 3. A teacher shall maintain at all times a dignified personality which could serve
as a model worthy of emulation by learners, peers and all others.

Teachers are the main contributors of education as well as most influential person
to every leaners, peers or almost all of the people because they pass on knowledge and
values in any aspects of our lives. They play crucial roles in developing and touching ones
life thats why they need to show things that is socially acceptable since they were being
followed by learners. They had a long lasting impact on every learner in building up their
future. They mold children with knowledge and values to prepare them for working life and
to become good citizen of the nation. A good teacher shows his affection and love to his
pupils and affects children in almost every way like manners, styles and actions. This
indicates how a teacher becomes a role model to his pupils. So teachers should maintain
stature and behavior that upholds dignity, good moral and professional etiquette.

A teacher affects eternity; he can

never tell where his influence
stops.
I think, this quotation will says it all about this section. This means that all teachers need
to maintain at all times a dignified personality because people look at them as a role
model that has a good influence in their whole lives (thats why theyre being followed).
We always tend to remember what our teachers taught us whether it is direct or not
because we see them as a good example to what should we become as a person.
