Rationale:
When viewing reflections and
feedback from my EPT218
placement, I recognised that
I need to establish
connection between my
teaching strategies, content
and students with a range of
abilities.

To improve my behaviour
management strategies for
students with challenging
behaviour in the secondary
school setting
This aligns with Standard 4.3:

Rationale:
In my EPT218 placement I
experienced a minimal amount
of challenging behaviour from
the primary school students.
