Today's Simple Circuit To Practice Your Jab and Burn Calories:

(use gloves or hold 1lb. dumbbell in each hand)

2 minutes Jump Rope Or Jumping Jacks with a fist

30 seconds of moving around a bag or semi-circle if you don't have a bag and throw a jab at each end point of
semicircle, keeping both hands up while moving entire time, don't drop right hand at anytime.

30 seconds of same movement above but this time throw a jab, cross, jab

30 seconds of push ups on knees (stay on knuckles if you have gloves on)

60 seconds of star jumps, make sure to crouch and spring up high throwing legs and arms out

REPEAT ALL 3 - 6 X dependent on time you have to workout and fitness level.
