THE IMPORTANCE OF CLASS PERFORMANCE

OF GRADE 8 STE

Introduction:
Regular Class attendance is a must to every school learner.
The grades of a student in a certain class is computed quarterly
and presence in early class counts a lot, Attendance is one of bases
of a student or extra-curricular activities. It is through attending
classes that student can be able moving lessons, tasks and skills.
If a student attends classes everyday and is aware of the decisions
, Instructions and recitations in every subject, outcome will be a
very satisfactory performance. Least that a student will be rated
unsatisfactory, if he or she is always attending classes. Least that
a student will receive a poor grade or rating. In this sense that this
research is conducted so that every student should know the adv-
antages of being present in class everyday.

To cite some advantages in attending classes are as follows:

1. Awareness of classroom instruction and activities

2. Acquires more knowledge and information regarding a lesson conducted.
3. Develops interest in acquiring more knowledge and skills in a certain
lesson on a subject area.
4. Improves relationship with peers and camaraderie among classmates and
schoolmates.
5. Develops the sense of responsibility being a part of a class and accepts the
roles and function being a part of a group

In this sense that this research is conducted so that every student should
know the advantage of being present in class
Everyday.
Review and Related Literature
The forgiving context/literature tells how important the class attendance
Is a student in acquiring information and skills, in both academic and
Academic concern.

Research Questions:
This research wants to find out the advantages in attending classes regularly.
Likewise to find out the outcome or end-point in terms of acquiring skills,
Knowledge and information of a certain group of students. The researcher
posts the following questions:

1. What are the advantages of being always present in class?

2. What are the expected ratings grades of a students who reports daily
In class
3. How will a student be able to report to his/her class regularly

Scope of Limitation
This research will focus on my class section school year 2016-2017 at
San Policarpo National High School, Calbayog City.

Research Methodology
This research would make use of the descriptive method, where in the
Students will be asked on the advantages of going to class daily.

Respondents of the Study:

The Respondents will be 2 of my classmates in grade 8 STE, under Maam
Anna Lyn A. Bautista this school year 2016-2017, at SPNHS
Sampling Procedure:
In Grade 8 Cabaas St. 2016-2017 under the advisorship of
Mrs. Anna Lyn A. Bautista, My classmates will answer/respond
the questions asked regarding advantages of attending class
regularly.

II. Ethical Issues:

Considering the values and virtues of a learns, proper attitude and
behavior should be expected of a student. Showing off, respect for self
and often responsible attitude, diligence in studies, possesses leadership
skills, and active involvement in school and class activities are some of the
ethical points to be possesses by a student. Most importantly is respect to
god and parents. These virtues are acquired if a student is always present
in his/her classes in school.
