and ready on time. I am responsible for making sure my cakes that go out look great. I am also the certified trainer, which m eans
that any new frosters that are hired on are my responsibility to train and make sure they know their job well and fully.

Coldstone Creamery
Assistant manager and cake decorator | 2074 Walker Lake Rd. Mansfield, OH | May 2015 June 2017
I started working at Coldstone Creamery as a cake decorator. I later was hired on as a crew member as well. Over time, I worked
very hard and I moved up to crew leader, then assistant manager within the past 2 years, and was unable to keep doing cakes
because of the amount of hours given to me as an assistant manager.
As assistant manager my duties were opening the store, making the icecream daily, counting drawers and making trips to the bank
to make deposits, keeping everything stocked within the store, making the schedule, making sure the store maintains its cleanliness,
and managing my crew. I had to take care of any customers that are having any troubles and make sure that everyone leaves the
store happy.
As the cake decorator, my job was to keep our cake display in our lobby fully stocked at all times. I had to decorate all of our
special-order cakes, which are cakes that the customers can customize. I have photos of some of the cakes I have decorated, if
desired.

The Wishmaker House

Prep Cook | 116 Main St. Bellville, OH | December 2014 - May 2015
I prepared all of the food for the night, as well as being in charge of baking the flatbreads and preparing all of the appetizers. This
bed and breakfast was voted #1 bed and breakfast in Ohio, so it had a lot of business. Its restaurant was only open Thursday-
Saturday, therefore the times that it was open it was extremely busy. I had to learn how to work very fast-paced as well as perfecting
my time management.

High School Diploma
Pioneer Career and Technology Center
Shelby, OH |
I attended Pioneer Career and Technology Center my junior and senior year of highschool for culinary arts. During these two years I
worked very hard and was at the top of my class, and maintained all A's and B's in the class. Every year the culinary arts class has
the opportunity to go to competitions through ProStart, which I did both my junior and senior year. Junior year, I was on a t eam of
four, and we had 60 minutes to prepare a 3 course meal with no electricity. I was in charge of the desserts, and for this competition I
won the award for Top Culinary Student in Ohio for 2015 with ProStart. Senior year, I was captain of my team, and we placed 4 th in
state.
During these two years I have learned how to bake many different things from scratch as well as decorate cakes. This school is
where I discovered my passion for baking and decorating, and where I realized that this is what I want as my career.
