1. HR Operation Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Lead, direct and manage the HR activities at the site;


Ensure the compliance of the policies & procedures related with the Human
Resources activities;
Implement approved HR program including recruitment, compensation and benefit,
Industrial Relation, performance management and Human Resource Management
System;
Take responsibility for HR operational and payroll audits;
Handling industrial relation matters;
Creating and ensuring Quality Control system and procedures in place to maintain
the quality of all documents and ISO
Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements
Represent talent management on various committees and working groups, such as
information security, conduct risk, providing advice, guidance and support as
appropriate.
Liaise with the governance and other external parties regarding on all HR Matters
Develop and improvements in HR aspects

Job Specifications:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree degree in


Management, Psychology, Law and relevant major;
At least 7-8 years working experience as HR for Power plan industry/manufacturing
industry;
Good communication and reporting skills both verbal and in writing, specifically in
English language;
Have knowledge in Operation based on Human resource management issues;
Good logical thinking;;
Proactive attitude;
Multi-cultural knowledge and working experience is an advantage
Willingness to be relocate in Jepara

2. HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for Manage, coordinate and supervise the Overall Environmental, Health,
Safety, Fire and Security at site.
Setting EHS and Security Plan, Target and Objective and execute overall program as
planned.
Develop Environmental, Health, Safety, Fire and Security compliance Policies,
Procedures relating to Power Industry and updated as required.

Job Specifications:

Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineer / geology.


At least 8 years experience in mining industry, experience in geothermal operation
will be an advantage.
Hold POM/POU Certification from Ministry of Energy Mineral Resources Republic
Indonesia.
Expert in Mining Operations, Including environmental, health & safety aspects.

EXAMPLES:
HR MANAGER
1. Development overall HR buss. Plan
2. Recruit new employee (10employee/year)
3. Conduct training for employee (max y training/year)
4. Mainting the presence rate (avarage 15 minster/day)
5. Payroll minimum according UMR/UMP payroll payment (max 1 day/month)
